Management staff was very friendly and helpful during my mother’s move in process. Very nice building and I know my mom will be very happy living there!

It’s a good save place to live 55 and over only but they do not have enough parking spaces for every one some of us have to park a block away

I LIVE HERE at Valley View Senior Apartment Homes - IT ROCKS! The Apartments are NICE and represents the SOFT LIFE! The environment is ALWAYS CLEAN & FRESH! The STAFF is nice and friendly - without being intrusive. Natalie, Patti and Larry are the Focal People. They are so nice and AWARE of themselves. The EVENTS they plan for the community makes living here a pleasure! Come See!

A friend lives here.. super nice place clean, heated pool, and jacuzzi. Outdoor grilling areas and recreational room worth darts, shuffle board, and pool table.

I have live at Valley View Villas for 6 months and have met other here
Who have live here a long time. Now I realize why. Kathy, the manager
is the best. She greets us every morning when we have coffee in
the activities room and keeps us informed of what 's going on that
day. She has great parties for us and I tell all my friends what a great place this is to live I love it here thanks to this great manager and staff.

Its location is ideal for the independent senior who likes to walk or ride a bike because within a block, there is a large grocery store, a post office, restaurants, fast food, a 99¢ store, a fire department, a dentist, 3 pharmacies, hair & nail services, city bus stops, it's across the street from a soon-to-be remodeled movie theater, it's freeway close and so much more!

The downside will be your own expectations of what your surroundings should look like, meaning the much-needed wallpaper and carpeting replacement throughout the hallways. The upside is that rent is more economical because of it, so make peace with your choice prior to moving in so that you can appreciate your independence.

Great complex and very friendly staff in a safe area. It even has a movie theater nearby.

It is a terrific place to live for seniors! Norma my parents friend loves it and I agree!

Nice older people, so be nice! because one day it will be your turn.
