We ordered a bunch of items to be delivered for a homecoming dance at a school. When the items didn't arrive when they should, I called the owner, letting him know that homecoming was the next evening and that without the order, we would have nothing at all. He said if he couldn't locate the order he would fed ex us everything to arrive by noon the next day. Thankfully he was able to locate it and it was in transit at that very moment.

I love that he told us he would do whatever it took to get the order to us on time!

Very happy with the service and product from C.O.D. Wholesale. We were planning a festival and I was concerned about delivery date. They assured me they would be in the mail that day and I received just when they promised. Very nice quality--better than I'd find at a local party store. Colors were accurate and meet our branding needs. Grateful! Will use again!

Love this place. I get tulle, table cloths, ribbons. It is primarily a mail order business but they let me drop in the avoid the shipping charges.

By far the most "UNPROFESSIONAL" Online Seller ever! They have a terrible Customer Service Department that writes you unbelievable emails that lack proper etiquette and are simply "RUDE" with unfounded assumptions of your personal character concerning yourself as well as your business.
If you're in need of products like they sell most definitely find an alternative source to purchase them from. You will save yourself "A LOT" of unnecessary "STRESS" & "FRUSTRATION" trying to deal with this company and their uncaring staff!
