Best Western Orange Plaza

Great motel for what it is. We ended up booking this location because it had an option with 3 beds (2 queens and a double). The location is nice, only 10 minute Uber to/from Disneyland. No parking or resort fees.

I didn't notice upon booking that it was a 2 story motel with no elevator. I was traveling with my mobility challenged mom so this proved an issue. I brought it up with the hotel and they tried their utmost to get us a 1st floor room. They were able to accommodate us for most of our stay. Very nice and lovely workers.

The housekeeping staff was great too, promptly empty our trash cans and supplied fresh towels.

Where we were we couldn't hear the traffic except once when a firetruck and cop cars went through. The walls and ceilings were kind of thin, can hear neighbors moving around, but not horribly so.

Great throwback hotel--reminds me of places my family used to stay in during road trips back in the day.
Stayed two nights with my son, who was playing baseball nearby, so location was ideal for us. Our room was quiet (we could hear kids playing in the pool in the afternoon, which was actually pretty pleasant--that was about it in terms of sounds). Not at all bothered by road noise, as some said in other reviews.
Clean, comfortable, updated floors, decor, appliances--as someone else said, great for what it is. A two-star gem. Would stay there again.

Excellent hotel! The lady at the front desk was as nice as could be! Sadly, I forgot her name, but she was working until 11 that night, so hopefully, she will see this and know how much she is appreciated!

It was nice, not great, couldn't get the T.V to work right, Breakfast was good, employees were Great and room was very clean, bed comfortable.

I am glad I ignored the negative reviews and stayed there. Service was above and beyond what I expected. I arrived at 7:30a and my room was ready for our early check in, which we did by booking directly with the hotel, you can't talk to a real person on websites like hotels.com. We took our luggage to the room and went straight to breakfast. It was fresh, hot food, coffee, juice and as much as you could eat. The room was huge, clean, the bed was like sleeping on air. I definitely suggest you see for yourself. I will make it my place to stay anytime I am in California and visited there again this year!!

This is my favorite Best Western, I only wish they would make available more pay with points rooms. Other then that I love it feel completely safe and well taken care of.

It does not pretend to be anything other than what it is, which is a basic motel. But it does a very good job at that. HVAC is a fan forced unit by the window, bathroom and shower are basic and sinks are separated into the main room apart from the toilet and shower. Lighting is bright, but predominantly CFT. Despite the motel structure, it was not noisy.

I've stayed here several times and would recommend this hotel. It's a very good value for the price. The rooms are nicely remodeled and clean. They have a good hot breakfast in the morning and the lady who is usually there serving is very nice. There's plenty of parking and they have security cameras in the parking lot. And best of all, they don't charge any hidden resort or parking fees like most of the hotels closer to Disneyland.

This place is amazing! By far one of the best hotels in the area and Orange County. Clean and wonderful rooms with very nice amenities.

Located just minutes from our planned activity! Loved Miss (cousin) Keisha at the front desk! She was so warm and welcoming it was like being with family! The room was really nice and the breakfast was delicious! Def recommend!

Beyond clean room. The staff was always willing to accommodate. Especially those hard-working ladies who clean the rooms, their hardworking attitude and kindness go a long way. The front desk was exceptionally accommodating and was a quick transaction. All the ladies at breakfast were more than helpful. I'm disabled, and they were quick to jump in and accommodate me without being hesitant. Not just one person, every single worker, so can't drop any names. November 13th-14th 2023. What a terrific, friendly, and a hotel that puts that extra step in all they, do. Will be coming back next year and when I do, won't EVER forget this gem, on Chapman! 💯❤ REALLY, THANKS EVERYONE FOR MAKING FEEL SO AT HOME, YET I WAS FAR FROM FORT MYERS FLORIDA. We were in Orange, CA for a conference and this location was very nice. It is close to downtown Orange, which has some great shops. The staff was friendly, the room was nice, the breakfast was good, all the things you want from an overnight stay in a hotel.

Came for Angles - Cardinals game. Close to ballpark. Clean room. Nice people.

Wow! This hotel is one of the best rooms I've ever had! And that is not just with how clean it is but with the front desk service, the location of our room, the breakfast, the size of the room and how they listen to every request. Our family is going through a emotional time right now with the loss of my oldest son and the health condition of my husband, I had to be a little picky with our room. From location of the room to the size of it due to our other adult son also wanting to be close to the hospital where my husband was going for a second heart surgery. Best Western went over and beyond. And what we got for what we paid! Amazing!!! Thank you so much to your staff... Our room 2 Queens with a double....

We had to stay another night due to my husband being kept a longer period of time after surgery and I didn't want to be 30-60 minutes away at home so I went to the front desk. Michael the hotel manager was so great and help me stay another night in a good budget and even though we changed rooms he made sure it still fit our beds for my husband. What a true blessing!!! Breakfast was excellent again and such a beautiful happy server.... Thank you so much....

This place is great, very clean (I did the clorox wipe test), staff is great, included breakfast is superb, management is so helpful and doesn't just sit behind a desk. They accommodated all my requests to keep my husband who was having surgery at the hospital just down the street comfortable and healthy. We may just go again just to get away.

I have stayed at this hotel 2 times for a total of 6 nights. And even over the phone the front desk attendant (Michael) remembered me, and my preference of room.
Recent remodel looks great. Rooms are very clean. I travel over 200 nights a year all over the country, and few chain hotels are this pleasant to deal with.
Service is always outstanding. Every employee was kind and quick. I’d give them 20 stars if I could.

Recently stayed while visiting Chapman. Everyone on the staff was kind, friendly and helpful starting from the booking, to calling us when the room we wanted became available, through out our entire stay and even after we had returned home. When we returned home we found that we had left something important to us in our hotel room. They went above and beyond to help find the article and send it to us.

I go to disneyland a lot and have stayed at many best westerns in the area. This one so far has been the cleanest by a long shot. Everyone is nice and we came back to the room each night with clean towels. They serve you breakfast literally. We sat down and they made our plates. Thank you!

The location and room was very nice and had good service. They also had good breakfast in the morning with many options. Our hotel room was very clean with comfortable beds. Everything was well stocked and worked properly. Overall there was no problems. We enjoyed our stay .
