Vua Bún Bò Cali

Pretty good Bun Bo Hue place. I ordered the Special Bun Bo Hue which comes with Beef rib or Bowl of Beef Bone - optional. I got the beef rib which is little rubbery. Overall, highly recommended. Even though there is plenty of parking, it is kinda hard to park here because of the next-door super market goers.

If you’re looking for a big bowl of BBH then this is the place. They have good AC which is great for eating soup dishes like this. Nice clean restrooms too.

First time trying bun bo Hue at this place. We came at 11.30 am, the place was not so crowded and the waiter was very kind and helpful. He explained the different items on the menu and recommended just the right sizes for us. I would love to come back and try other dishes on the menu too.

Inflation is real!!!! For $13.50, you actually get a kids size portion even though you asked for a large.

Aside from that, the food is still great. The broth is really tasty and very flavorful.

Flew all the way from Chicago to try this place and it did not disappoint. Busy day but the staffs were super friendly and attentive. They made my visit so pleasant . 5 plus stars from me. Will never go anywhere else for bun bo hue again. Definitely recommend this place. ❤

My favorite BBH restaurant and the name says it all. #KingofBBH 😋. If you’re in for some spicy and tasty BBH then you got to check out this restaurant. This is among the most popular Vietnamese noodle soup and this particular one is from the Hue region of Vietnam. Many restaurants have this dish but this particular restaurant is specialize in this and is among the best. Definitely come back again and again

Great bun bo hue! Service is a little lackluster, but that's not abnormal in Little Saigon so I won't grade by that standard. Here's me eating with my best friend. I also got their coffee (den da), it's a bit on the sweeter side but not terrible.

The bún bò huê here is great, really something worth consideration if you’re in bolsa or even the greater LA area.

FYI the king (vua) bowl has a lot of meat, in excess of a pound. If you need a collagen boost, this is it.

For my Seatilites, if you think Hoang Lang is good, come here and awaken your senses. Find me bún bò half as good as this in Seattle, and I will call you Sherlock Hùng.

Super good bún bò huế. The broth tasted clean and tasty with the right amount of flavoring. Will go here when i want a good bowl of bún bò huế.

The best traditional Viet food. Very flavourful, recommend the VBB for 2pp. 😁

Everyone has heard of Bun Bo Hue, but have you heard about Bun Bo Nam? Well, Vua Bun Bo offers both.
Just a brief lesson: Hue is a northern city in Vietnam, where the dish originated. Hence, why we call the dish bun bo Hue. Vua Bun Bo introduces you to both the southern and northern versions of this dish - “Bun Bo Nam” and “Bun Bo Bac,” literally translated as Southern beef noodle soup and Northern Beef soup. They have different topping variations such as beef flank or pork blood cake, but also a very similar spicy broth.
I love coming here to try those different toppings, especially their homemade pork loaf. The soup is spicy and quite rich, so don't expect your usual pho. You can opt for a large bowl if you're a big eater like me; if not, a small bowl will suffice.
There are so many variations of noodle soups, and we have only scratched the surface. Vua Bun Bo, while small, opens the doors for my family and me to try the different soup variations in my culture. I can't wait to come back again to enjoy the rest of their menu.

Bun bo hue heaven, this is where you wanna come get your fix and the extra side order of the beef bone is a must have. They get busy here during peak hours and parking is a mess but definitely worth the trouble for their food.

The Bun Bo Hue broth here is so good it can pass for homemade. The servers are very friendly and always give me extra veggies (rau song) with no extra charge. If you order the special, you will get a humongous beef bone (Xi quach) which I'd bring home for my dogs after I finish their soup. Found out about this place last month and I go there more than once/week since.

The place is well decorated. Good atmosphere. Nice music. This place is known for bun bo hue. Very delicious. The soup is good. The meat is tender. The veggies that come with it compliments the soup.
