Chef Lindsay and her staff were friendly, knowledgeable and made this Italian pasta cooking class so much fun for my daughter and for me! There was a professional yet relaxed atmosphere. Everything tasted fabulous and I learned a lot!I really can’t express how impressed I was with the chef and the whole experience. I’ll be back with my husband and friends for sure!

Chef Don made this a very pleasant and interactive experience. We did contemporary Mediterranean food, including rack of lamb, chicken skewers, couscous, baba ganoush, a wonderful mint and mango chutney, delicious risotto, and a baklava apple dessert that was phenomenal. So much fun!

What a great afternoon to take a cooking class. Tons of food, tons of info, fun instructor and support team. Cannot stop talking about it. This was a new class. We made birria de la rez, salsa roja, guacamole, shrimp enchiladas with poblano cream and hand made tortillas and all topped off with churros con chocolate. We worked together with other like minded people and had loads of fun.. Amazing! Cannot wait for the next one.

Le Gourmet is so much fun and such a great experience. I had taken classes at their cooking studio and now they are offering classes online! So far I have taken the macaron class, Spanish paella, and a french class with my husband. I have made so much delicious food and everything always come out great. I think it's a great value and the food is delivered to your door. Chet Quincy & Chef Tracey have both been awesome. they are committed to making sure you have and awesome experience online!

I purchased a cooking class for my friend who recently got married. We joined a wait-list and managed to reserve a spot ~2 weeks in advance. We had a BLAST. Chef Quincy was attentive, light hearted, and thorough. He even taught me how to properly chop an onion (sounds ridiculous, but the basics are important). I can't wait to repeat the recipe at home. I definitely plan on taking another class with Quincy!

I took the Macaroon Class here with a friend and absolutely loved it!!! They teach you step by step and even secret techniques to make your macaroon's perfect! The staff is friendly and very helpful and the best part is you don't have to do dishes just enjoy and that is their #1 policy! Chef Eda the owner is very sweet and puts her heart into it all! At the end of the class you get a photo of everything you made as well as getting to take a tray full home to eat! I Highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys cooking or just wants to learn!

The city of Orange is like a blast from the past. The main street, in the words of my friend, "looks like it is straight out of that Disney movie, Cars." Passing the vintage clothing stores and classic car museum, you walk to the doors of the culinary school. Creatively disguised as a kitchen showroom up front, you walk back and check in before getting back to the kitchen area.

I kind of expected Gordon Ramsay to come busting in the door, yelling at me for not properly tying my apron on, and spitting in my eyes in the process. Instead, Diana took her place at the cook top and sink and told us about her traditional Mexican heritage (along with her having a Czech father) and about her career as a chef. Her experience was as impressive as her ability to multitask, and she kept the kitchen running smooth the whole night.

The recipes? Simple enough. The Food? Delicious. The experience? Worth it. If you want to know how to crank out street tacos like a pro, Diana is the chef to teach you.
Thanks for a fun night, great teaching, and tasty food!

What a fun way to spend a few hours. We took the All Desserts class—made peach cobbler, chocolate soufflé, creme brûlée, churros, and Japanese cheesecake. All the ingredients are already pre-measured and ready to go. Quincy was our chef, and he was wonderful. Clear instructions, great sense of humor, delicious recipes. And Miles was a great assistant. The two of them worked really hard and yet made it look easy.

Highly recommend the classes if you’re looking for a few hours of entertainment and a great meal (or, in our case, a great assortment of desserts).

Chef Quincy can help anyone learn how to cook – he got my husband to cook! From tamales and paella to mocha crème brûlée, it seems that there is nothing that Quincy can’t prepare. He has amazing tips, including hidden gems, like where to buy specialty ingredients and welcomes all culinary-related questions. I’ve never had so much fun cooking. The classes at Le Gourmet Culinary are well-organized, include tasteful menu selections and are a blast. During Covid-19, masks and social distancing protocols have been followed. I’d recommend Quincy’s classes to those who want to enjoy mastering cooking in a relaxed environment with a talented chef.

We took the Sushi Class for 2! Technically, A Night in Japan, but we made 3 different sushi rolls with Chef Diana, and then some mango creme brulee' to add for dessert. All in all, a fantastic experience. Was tons of fun for the three hours we were there, and that time really flew by. Learning how to make sushi is truly an easy technique, but I'm glad that we had the class the first time making it. Would totally take another class at Le Gourmet, definitely scour Groupon for their next great deal!

Took a class on making holiday cookies. It was a very fun, hands on class. The Chef was very helpful. I learned a few things today. This class is a must if you love baking and being entertained! They have a wide variety of cooking classes. I would definitely recommend.

My husband and I had the most fun at the macaroon-making class! You get to make them using the French technique and get to take a box home. It was a small class (12 of us) and they served Lunch while the macaroons were baking. Will definitely be back with some friends of mine!

We found an offer for a cooking class on Groupon and it led us to Le Gourmet. The selection of classes was OK (many macaroon classes) and we chose to do a night in France. Over the course of the 3 hour class, we made French onion soup, citrus avocado salad, beef bourguignon, and crème brûlée. You come as a couple but work with another couple (teams of 4) to make the fish and prevent there from being too many cooks in the kitchen. Our instructor was an authentic (i.e. from France) French chef with a great personality and gave many great tips on basic kitchen techniques. Once everything was prepped, we were served dinner in a separate room. All of the food was delicious, easily beating anything I've ever ordered at a restaurant. Definitely a great idea for a date night, albeit an expensive one ($100/person). They do give you all the recipes though!

Took the macarons baking class this past Sunday. It was a fun experience. Chef D was great & funny and the macarons were delish 😋. I'll take other classes in the near future! The pasta and salad served while waiting for the macarons to bake were sumptuous treats.

Such an amazing, fun evening! Chef David walked us through step by step in creating a tasty Beef Wellington and confidence to recreated this dish at home.
