Ayres Hotel Anaheim

Everyone was super friendly and helpful, from the front desk clerk, to the cook, to the cleaning crew! Loved that they asked me what floor we would prefer. We said we wanted a room close to the pool and they delivered. Room was clean and smelled great. We loved the free breakfast and that they are a pet friendly hotel. Gym is small but gets the job done. Pool was refreshing and the jacuzzi felt amazing. Had a wonderful stay and definitely plan on staying again in the future.

Very clean & nice hotel kitty corner to Honda Center. Breakfast was far better than many hotels in this class. Had an omelette cook. Only weirdness was to get lights & AC to work, had to insert a room card into a slot near door. No one said this when checking in, and there was no sign in the room. Should gave been stated on check-in.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was very clean and our rooms were nice. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. We walked to the Angels game from the hotel, and it was a very easy walk. I wish we would have stayed longer!!

I recently stayed at the Ayres Hotel Anaheim, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just minutes away from Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome and well cared for throughout our stay.
The staff at the front desk explained the current promotions and helped us save some money, which I really appreciated. Our room was spacious, clean, with all the amenities we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had a restful night's sleep after long days at the Disneyland.
The complimentary breakfast was a delightful start to each day, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The cook, Jose, was so friendly and served us great food, making our mornings even better. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping our room clean every day.
The hotel's amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and added to our overall enjoyment. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and ample parking, which made our stay even more convenient.
Overall, Ayres Hotel Anaheim exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and prime location made our trip unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Anaheim area and will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Stayed at this hotel one night only, to go to the Angels game. walked to and from the stadium with plenty of sidewalk space and beat the traffic. handful of restaurants/breweries walkable around the area too. we had an uber drop us off and pick us up - the parking lot barriers/ticketing system was kind of unclear for the drivers. breakfast was great, hearty fare for a long day of traveling or being out and about. the ladies working the dining room really deserve recognition. did not get a chance to enjoy the pool as it was a short trip. wonderful temperature control (IYKYK).

We went to Anaheim to watch an Angels game. The hotel is the perfect distance to walk to and from. It was very close and convenient to Angels Stadium.
The hotel management is phenomenal. My husband had a medical emergency and we were unable to spend the night and unfortunately had to leave the game, hotel and head back to the desert to get his medication. Bill, the manager, was extremely accommodating knowing my situation and we will be back to stay at the hotel, use the amenities and hopefully see a game.
The room was clean and had everything we would need.

Excellent 3 day stay. If you are going to either stadium, this is the best hotel. There are tons of food options very close. It is literally off highway. It’s walkable and neighborhood is well lit.

Very much enjoyed our stay and plan to stay again in October. Breakfast was great, staff was friendly, rooms were clean.

This was our first time staying at this hotel and definitely not the last. This will be my place to stay whenever I'll visit Disneyland and other venues. Very clean rooms, breakfast was ok. The cheff serving food and making pancakes was my favorite person.

The place was rather nice, far better than I would have expected. It was a little drive from Disneyland, but worth it. There was a chef making pancakes fresh for breakfast and the staff was very kind. Parking was reasonable and they allowed an extra car for an extra fee. The beds were even comfortable and the room spacious.

Had awesome breakfast the guy making it was professional kind and definitely customer oriented which is a rare commodity now adays rooms were nice beds super comfy .The only thing that wasnt ideal was location from Disney is a 15 min drive .

Booked a night for a concert at the Honda center which was across the street. Easy to check in, the beds were so comfortable and clean. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and delicious! Made me want to stay another night to explore the area. Will definetly book again for events in the future!

My stay was most enjoyable. I do not drive and wanted to visit the LA area, factory outlets and Disneyland. This hotel turned out to be the perfect spot to do all 3. Anaheim is safe and clean. Taking the train up to the LA area for a day trip was reasonable and I visited everywhere that I wanted. Visiting the Citadel outlet turned out to be a bit more difficult. There are metrolinks that stop at Commerce, but they do not come so frequently. To get from Commerce to the factory outlet, you might need to call for an Uber. Anyway, Orange County has plenty of excellent malls, accessible by bus from this hotel. It cost 10-12 dollars for an Uber to Disneyland, which is very reasonable.

The hotel itself is extremely comfortable and well maintained. The fitness centre is small but I managed to get my workout done. There is also a working water dispenser so it must have been fixed since the previous guests’ review. Self service laundry and dryer worked well, with washing detergent available for sale at the front desk. Breakfast was very friendly and pancakes were awesome.

It was comfortable, well-located and very reasonably priced.

If I find myself in the area, I will definitely stay here again.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Ayres Hotel with our three kids, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. I have to start with the breakfast – it was hands down our favorite part of our stay. The chef, Jose Llamas, went above and beyond in making our dining experience exceptional. Not only was the food outstanding, but it was also restaurant-quality, which was unexpected for a buffet-style breakfast. I would gladly pay for that kind of culinary delight.

Now, let's talk about the bacon – it was, without a doubt, the best bacon I've ever had, and the pancakes were simply perfection, light, fluffy, with that delightful crisp on the edges. I'm not exaggerating when I say this; it's the truth. Chef Jose's skills in the kitchen are remarkable, and they truly made our mornings special.

But it's not just about the food; it's about the whole experience Chef Jose provided. His hospitality and personality were outstanding. He was incredibly friendly and genuinely warm, which added an extra layer of enjoyment to our meal. It's rare to find someone who can make breakfast such a memorable experience.

When we plan our next trip to Orange County, there's no question where we'll be staying – it's going to be the Ayres Hotel, specifically for Chef Jose's breakfast. In fact, I believe he deserves a raise for making our stay so unforgettable. Thank you, Chef Jose, for setting the bar so high!

Stayed here after attending a concert at the Honda Center. It really is a 5 minute walk from the hotel to the Honda Center. Would definitely do this again.

ayres hotel anaheim went above and beyond my expectations! check in and check out processes were remarkably quick. the ART shuttle to disneyland picks up on the street in front of the hotel and was very convenient!

the deluxe 1 king room was clean, spacious, and comfortable (the pillows 🤩) with a large tub and two tvs; shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.

breakfast was to die for; absolutely the best ive ever had at any hotel or resort. eggs, hash browns/potatoes, sausage, pancakes, fruit, yogurt, donuts, toast, bagels, juices, cereal, milk, and coffee. the front desk and gift shop are open 24/7; chips, candy, bottled drinks, and sundries are available for purchase.

Price was very good for the value. Room was very nice and the breakfast cooked right in front of you was fantastic!

Love this place. Stay here for the first time in 2003. Service is great. The free breakfast is delicious. Jose cooks up some fantastic pancakes and scrambled eggs. I wish all hotels would take care of their guest as good as The Ayers.
