I wish I could give Keller Williams more stars than 5! I had an amazing experiencing buying my first home, a 1 bedroom/bath in Long Beach, with Linda and Jason Wilkie. We started looking in the beginning of May, and I was able to close escrow by the beginning of August! I love how Keller Williams has an exclusive app for your phone to help find places and Linda and Jason would send an email almost daily with current listings in areas I was interested in. This included listings even before zillow or truila had because there is some lag time with those sites.

Since this was my very first time buying property, Linda and Jason were always there to answer all of my questions and really guide me through the process. It was an unusual buy, because my new condo is actually a part of a co-op, so there are some very different procedures to go through compared to buying a traditional condo. I trusted Linda and Jason's advice and guidance every step of the way and they did not let me down!

The Wilkie's are extremely easy to work with, but also hard working and will make sure you are buying the perfect home. They really listened to what my needs and wants were for my first place, and made sure my interests were protected. They were always available when I need to email or call them. I looked at condos with them many weekends, and I even made a few calls to them on one or two of some summer holidays, but they were always gracious and available to answer my questions and concerns. They always worked with my schedule to meet me or call me, since I wasn't able to take time off from work during the escrow process.

Right before escrow closed, we were just waiting on the HOA to send in 1 document to close escrow, which it looked like it wasn't going to be sent until Monday. However, Linda and Jason were able to persuade them to close the Friday before so I had the weekend to start moving! It was definitely a testament to their hard work and dedication to me as their client, and everyone seemed to enjoy working with them as well, which made it a really nice experience for me as I moved in.

Overall, my experience working with Jason and Linda Wilkie and the Keller WIlliams teams couldn't have been better. I highly recommend them. They are hard working, dedicated, knowledgeable realtors for truly any home-buying need. Go with them, and you'll find the perfect home!

The realtors in this office and the office staff were, by far, the best I could find. I bought the house of my dreams and it was easy for me. They did all the work.

Stress and more stress due to poor communication and mishandling of a termite report not given on a timely basis. Plus, not following our instruction even during the initial interview. Both realtors Bonnie Conte and Randee Nelson are at fault. An attempt to contact the Managing Broker was completely ignored. We would not recommend this team.

I was sold a house and the realtor was randee nelson. She had her "family friend" show me the home and we ended up buying it.But repairs that were aggreed to be done were not and randee became defensive and accused me of damaging the home..i then attempted to contact her supervisor to complain but have not had any success or even recieved a call.They will be hearing from my lawyer!

Unfortunately we used Wendy Rawley. She promised us a 5k credit if we used her and has given excuses for months as to why she can’t pay us. We will not be using her or this company again. We are extremely disappointed.
