My doctor is good and I have no complaints about her. I just hate the waiting time. I came around 10:45 am for my nurse visit at 11:00am but I was not attended by nurse until 11:40 am. Later I was in the waiting room for another 15 minutes. I thought it will be a quick visit since my visit was for a Shot but I end up staying there more than an hour. They could have rescheduled my appointment if they were running late. I have to take time off from my work for this visit so it affects me financially too.

I booked my appointment 5 months in advance, which was cancelled because Dr. Lau is taking a 2 month personal leave of absence. They told me the next available appointment is in 5 months. Last year my physical was virtual, which was a joke. So I agreed to see the physicians assistant at 8 am. I got here at 8 and was told they put me down for 11. This place is a mess. Time to find a new doctor and medical group.

My first time at this place & I’m super unhappy. It doesn’t matter if you come early or not; you have to dedicate your whole day to them. However, the visit will literally take two seconds with a PA. My copay is considered high. If I get back my copay & leave is an option, I will do that.
