Once again, Paul and his staff did an excellent job. I sprained by back, and the treatment I received helped me get back to pain free living. His staff of PT assistants and PT aides are well trained. Activbody personnel know how to find the "sweet spot," where they push me in my exercises to recover, yet do not overdo it. Thanks again Paul, Katie and the assistants and aides.

Great team, make PT fun🤣 but worth it. I had concerns about my knees. They are definitely stronger. I have some tools to continue and maintain the progress I made.

The ActivBody team has been fantastic! This place has been a lifesaver. They have treated me like family. I came in with tremendous amount of pain in my right leg and lower back. I was in a lot of meds and after a a couple of weeks the pain level came down significantly to the point where I could stop painkillers. Their team is very knowledgeable. My main therapist has been Lejay. He is super profesional and treated me like family! Katie is great as well and she became a healing coach. She guided me with options to improve my care since I had a very bad experience with my first Orthopedic surgeon. She offered me really good references that worked great! Dylan has been great as well!!! He has been really helpful as part of my recovery team!!

Activities staff did an incredible job on my shoulder replacement rehab. Can't thank you enough for getting me to the level I'm at at 14 weeks!

I first worked with ActivBody in 2022 after a car accident banged up my knee. Doctors wanted me to have surgery but the team at ActivBody worked diligently with me for weeks and had me strong and stable with no surgery needed. I was extremely grateful to them since the surgery would have required at least a 6 month recovery, if not longer. It is now 2024 and the same amazing team is helping me to rehabilitate an old high school injury that flared up in my shoulder. Paul has an amazing team at the Huntington Beach location and I have no doubt they will have me strong and stable again after placing myself in their more than capable hands. Thank you ActivBody!

Activbody physical therapy, in Huntington Beach, was an excellent choice for my body repair. The team there is outstanding, knowledgeable, friendly and attentive and eager to understand the problem area. I went to ActiveBody in September last year with severe nerve pain caused by my back. I was a patient for multiple months. My exercises were constantly evaluated based on the current condition and feedback I gave them. They continually tried new treatments and exercises in order to reach the next step in my treatment/healing. I have talked to friends that work in the PT field and they seemed surprised on how much time the staff spent which me each visit (I have not comparison, but apparently a lot of PT facilities set you up with exercises and then just give you 5 minutes face-to-face time when you visit). This was completely different here. Besides making my physical condition better they were also there to pick me up at my absolute worst psychological condition and make me believe in my healing.

The whole staff at this location showed a great deal of patience, empathy and knowledge. I can’t recommend them high enough. Special shoutout goes to Lejay and Rachel. You are absolute rockstars and I am so grateful that you guys constantly tried to find a way to help me better. I just returned from a 3 day trip with my bike in which I was biking 8 hours a day – I am pain free. THANK YOU!

The best overall PT office I’ve been to out of the 8 or 9 PT offices I’ve worked with in the past.
Worked primarily with Lita on my shoulders/neck.. she’s an excellent PT, she definitely knows her stuff, is extremely detail oriented, patient, and you can tell through her interactions w/myself and other patients, she cares about your recovery.
The supporting staff, Ron, Russell, etc. were definitely on it as well and worked with you and helped to answer any questions I had.
Great office and really awesome people. I highly recommend Activbody PT.

This place is the BEST! Katie, Genesis, Yvonne, the whole entire crew is the reason this place is so awesome. It feels like a small family, and they want you to get better more than yourself! I would not go/recommend going anywhere else but here for any PT needs. I love this place and you will too!!!

I had a great experience at the Activbody location in Huntington Beach. I was having a hard time finding proper care for my lower back after a car accident, but as soon I switched to this facility I saw immediate improvements. I had my final visit today, and I feel confident moving forward with long term relief. Great staff & clean space, thank you!

I've had the best results with physical therapy completed at Activbody. It's amazing how bad my range of motion was after surgery and how it became so much better with the therapy they provided. They listen to you and understand what it takes to get you feeling better and improve your range of motion.

They were able to work with my schedule and never rushed me. I've had therapy at other places in the past, but there is a difference. Thank you Activbody for taking great care of me.

I went to Activ Body Physical Therapy for help with my first marathon but was gladly surprised to have walked out with so much more. Katie immediately began building a medical profile as well as a warming relationship with her new patient. I was taught new stretches, benefits to laser therapy, and got to run on their anti-gravity treadmill. Not only do I feel better prepared for my upcoming marathon, but I now have a better understanding on how to properly take care of my body to ensure optimum health throughout my future. My last post was three years ago I’m back getting treatment for my second knee replacement as usual these guys do a great job. On top of two knee replacement recovery‘s I’ve received great treatment for two shoulder surgeries. I am always impressed with no constraints on how long I want to work out. Other PT offices will kick me out after 30 minutes to an hour AB spins a minimum 90 minutes and will let me go 2+ hours I feel up to it . Next step is a hip replacement looking forward to recovering through Activbody the best PT in Orange County that’s coming from a lifelong Kaiser patient

I’ve been going to ActivBody for about 6 weeks now for knee issues (torn menisci and patellar tendinitis). Before starting PT here, my knees were collapsing on me regularly when I went up and down the stairs and standing up from a chair or the couch. They were in extreme pain after playing sports, and were almost constantly aching even when I wasn’t putting any strain on them.

After an initial consultation with Paul, he set a regiment for me aimed at increasing strength in my legs and glutes and improving my balance/stability. Each session the strength exercises got increasingly more challenging and I started noticing an improvement after about three weeks. Now at the six week mark, I’ve gone a whole week without my knees collapsing, which is a HUGE win for me!

The team of physical therapists here are all so amazing! I especially love working with Leda, Russel, and Lejay, but the entire team is so knowledgeable (and really fun, too!). They will challenge you and make you work hard, but the effort you put in definitely pays off! I couldn’t be happier!

I really appreciate the knowledge and the expertise at Activbody. I am 59 years old and I feel great again. I had a surgery to remove some bone growths and replace 2 discs in my neck due to disc degeneration. The therapists there know how to systematically work on all things that work within the neck and upper back. The kind and always happy staff also helps. I hope I don't need physical therapy again, but if I do it will be at that place for sure !

No other physical therapy provider for me!!! This place makes you feel extremely welcome from your first phone call until your last visit.

Paul, the owner, has done an amazing job fitting more equipment than I've ever seen at any other facility. This place is not large, but they make efficient use of their space.

I have had many injuries hence a lot of PT. No other place has ever made me feel like they are going to do everything in their power to get me recovered. LeJay is a one in a million physical therapist starting with the most friendly, happy personality. He studies your injury to best approach massage, exercise... He makes sure you do the exercises correctly, and comes up with many innovative exercises. He has a memory like an elephant, and when he is multitasking you NEVER EVER feel neglected.

I rave about LeJay because I spent most of my time working with him, but every single member of their staff is friendly, caring, and professional. I came to ActivBody after a disappointing experience with my insurance referral PT for a severely broken wrist. I paid out of pocket, but it was money well spent. I have improved and will no doubt completely recover.

I’ve been coming to Active Body Physical Therapy on and off for a few years for different surgeries. The staff experience and professionalism has helped tremendously with my recoveries. Everyone is so pleasant and helpful. The facility is clean, scheduling is easy, service hours are great and parking is good.

This was a great PT experience for me. I came here for tight hip flexors (primarily right side) and tight IT band. The therapists are wonderful - very knowledgeable and helpful. In the 12 sessions I’ve had, I’m feeling great! I was in so much pain when I started. Shout out to Katie, Lita and Lejay! You are all the best!
