Healthpointe Garden Grove

April 23rd was my second time me being in this location. So far everything has been excellent the waiting time is been reasonable. The staff at the he front are very nice and polite. The technicians were very nice as well. The doctor very polite and and it's rare to see a doctor telling you. You don't wantba surgery. He's right i don't want a surgery.

I have a very knowledgeable physical therapist helping me! She is upbeat and really understands my injury. She has given me a variety of exercises and techniques that will best remedy my ongoing recovery from my broken foot.

I realized I had not been to this location in 8yrs—thus the “new client” type paperwork that I’d hoped to avoid—but despite the delay in being seen, I graciously waited because I understood the reason is precisely WHY I waited for an appointment for Dr Zenia Cortés…she is patient, actively listening AND answering any & all concerns, and is 1000% super thorough in her “bed side manor”. TOP NOTCH care, customer service & extremely kind & professional staffing!

This is my 6 th visit this office, Dr Truong is great she takes her time to listen she is very open to help she treats me with care, she makes me feel hou important I and always very tentative, the office personal are also very nice. I recommend this office . Thank you Dr Truong..

Friendly people and excellent Dr, he explain everything with details. Time was great didn't wait to long.

Servive is the best everytime i attend my appointments. Healthpointe staff is pleasant and courteous to everyone.

Dr. Cortes is an absolutely amazing and an exceptional physician. She definitely makes sure your medical needs are her top priority always!

These folks are kind and helpful. It’s been such a pleasant and refreshing change to the doctors I’m used to dealing with. I had a great experience seeing Dr Starley. She’s clearly quite compassionate, competent & caring for her patients. They use a hollistic approach which I appreciate & am thankful for. I’m very happy to have discovered this office. Would recommend to family and friends without a doubt.

I have been coming to Healthpointe going on two years now. I like them because my doctor can work at different locations and I can choose which one is convenient for me. For myself, I need to seek different treatments from more than one doctor. And they have them located in the same locations so I don’t have to find a different facility. The staff are also friendly and professional.

The staff is really nice. It’s kind of crazy with so many patients. I’ve had to wait a long time, and I’ve been seen super fast. But the staff is amazing

By the time I arrived at Healthpoint
I was already frustrated and in pain.
Just waiting for a new Doctor that was closer to my home.
It definitely was worth the wait. Not only is Dr Haily Dizay very professional and wants to know every aspect of ur condition..and is also mundfull. But her Medicsl Asst are just as sharp, and welcoming..
If there is any place that will do their best to help Iu recover I believe it would be Healthpoint.

Had a little bit of a hard time finding the location but that was my GPS's problem. The Front office girls were so nice and so helpful. The staff in the back and the doctor that did my physical all super fun amazing overall great experience with the staff.I was seen immediately within the 1st 15 to 20 minutes of my arrival.some patients in the waiting room but not bad at all..The paperwork was a little bit long but you know it's a requirement so whatever..I was in & out in about an hour or less... wasn't crowded at all. Lots of open seating,they did an amazing job sanitizing behind patients. Id Definitely go to the agin.

The doctor was so great and also listen to what I had to say. Thank you.

Aaron is amazing!!!! He is patient, funny, very personable and makes me feel comfortable…. He doesn’t rush my exercises and makes sure I am doing them accurately…. He spends one on one time with me and I appreciate that! This is the most comfortable I’ve been working with a physical therapist….

My initial PT appointment went well, Lauren is very compassionate and professional. You can tell she genuinely cares for her patients. She is very knowledgeable. After having 7 months of PT on my left knee at a different facility I’m more encouraged to see his PT will work for my right knee. I went into my initial appointment apprehensive and left the appointment feeling encouraged.

Amazing staff with focus on the patient. What I’ve seen is respect to all - multitasking while making you feel you are the center of their attention.

Dr Cortes is a wonderful doctor, a brilliant surgeon and an advocate for the proper care of her patients. After over a year under the care of multiple other doctors and specialist, HealthPointe and Dr Cortes were the only ones to truly listen to what was going on with my shoulder/neck and arm. After every non invasive treatment failed (we tried them all) surgery was the only course of action left to try and get me back on track. I woke up from surgery with better mobility and less pain than I had going into surgery. The hard work, pt and journey isn't over for me but with Dr Cortez guiding my recovery, I am confident I will get there and be living my life to the fullest again. Five stars isn't nearly enough for someone who has worked tirelessly on my behalf, and she wants to see me whole just as much as I want to be whole. If you truly want to be well, and are willing to work hard Dr Cortes is the perfect Dr for you. She will give you the tools you need to make the best recovery possible and she will work just as hard as you if not harder to get you there. I am immensely grateful to her, her staff and to HealthPointe.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
