I have referred to Alliance Rehab in Fountain Valley by my family doctor in March, 2020 for exercise my muscle and joint due to my osteophyte and pinched nerve on my left neck. My first visit is female PT. She is very careful and gentle massage my neck. My second time I don’t see her, but there is a guy, his name is Jimmy Hung Ngo also the owner of the facility for treatment, he put on the bench face down and massage the back of my neck, he think I am a dummy or something, he did it too hard and injuries my neck. I feel burning, and swelling on the back of my neck and nervousness for last couple months. So be careful with this Hercules.
