The staff is patient t and very helpful. Their store is well stocked and kept very clean. I will be back soon!

My home away from home. The staff is friendly. Sal is my very favorite. Always happy to help, very inviting and sociable. Store us always clean and neat. Items very easy to find and fabric selection is HUGE! LOVE THIS STORE!

Had an absolutely awsome experience at this Joann. Rochelle went above and beyond going through many boxes of yarn to help us find the yarn we were looking for. And Adam our cashier was friendly and a joy to be around. Both of them are deffently a cut above!

ONE OF THE CASHIERS COULD USE AN ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT CLASS AS SHE IS ALWAYS QUICK, RUDE AND REFUSES TO SCAN FOR COUPONS ALSO REWARDS SAYING "THEY ARE TAKING THAT AWAY SOON ANYWAYS"

This location in Orange has been renovated recently and it is a great place to shop. They have more space, more products, and easier parking. The staff is very kind and helpful even when you ask questions they must have to answer a million times a day.

It is definitely worth getting their app also for digital coupons when you don't have physical ones.

They had what I needed finally! Not the stores fault. But I'm sure C-19 has had something to do with shelves being empty. Anyhow I hope the employees can continue a great attitude and taking it how it comes and doing the best with what they got.

Extremely pleased with my experience here. Super nice employees who know what theyre doing and have the customer's best interest in mind. Was first helped by a nice middle aged woman with grayed hair and finger tattoos who found the perfect fabric and cut it for me. Was then helped at the register by Mindie who was incredibly sweet and helped me find a coupon online when I asked. Thank u so much and I will be returning again.

The sales personal are always very helpful and friendly. Rarely out of stock on what I am looking for. Frequently have have something new that I can't not try. In other words I love their store. The new store is 10 times easier to find things than the old one, also!

This Jo Ann is one of my favorites to shop at, the staff is super friendly and welcoming. The only reason I'm writing this is because this store seems to be very low on fabric and notions, I'm sure due to Covid related wierdness. I went for black elastic and fold over elastic in colors, and they had a very limited selection. They also have a very limited selection of quilting cotton (I'm sure also due to people making masks)

My point being...you may want to call in advance if you are looking for something specific. Hopefully stock will be replenished and things will get back to normal at some point in the near future!

Great New location. Clean environment, always friendly staff and more of a product selection since since it previous location across the street. This location offers a great selection of classes for it customers now. Whereas, I don't think I was able to beforehand.

Really nice new store. Huge improvement visually from the old location. Still very warm and welcoming staff. We were able to easily find what we needed and got our questions answered quickly.

While I think Joann's tends to be overpriced, this store has a huge selection. I think the best aspect of the store, though, are the staff. So friendly and helpful! On my most recent visit, as I was walking through the store one of the staff members who was cutting fabric yelled, "Yass queen! Look at you with your outfit!" and it absolutely made my week. Thank you woman cutting fabric who has perfect eyeliner, you're amazing and though you flustered me a bit, pleaseee be my friend lol.
