Micro Center

I came in this afternoon to pickup parts to build my own desktop for the first time. One of the employees asked to assist me and helped pickup all the parts while ensuring that I would get the best deals. It was such a fun experience and it quite literally is tech heaven. Thank you to that employee, I didn’t get your name but you were awesome!

I recently visited Micro Center for the first time and I must say, I really wish there was one closer to me in Vegas. The 245-mile drive was a bit of a trek, but it was definitely worth it.

The layout of the store was good, although it did take me a bit to figure out where everything was. The staff was super helpful though, which made the shopping experience much easier.

In terms of pricing, I found that Amazon had slightly lower prices on some items, but considering the convenience and helpfulness of the staff at Micro Center, I didn't mind paying a little extra.

Overall, I had a positive experience at Micro Center and would definitely recommend it to others, even if it does require a bit of a drive.

The service was fantastic. It was a holiday weekend sale so the store was really busy but perfectly staffed so lines moved quickly. I was greeted right away and the representative, Ricardo, was very knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. I never felt rushed. What might have been a stressful day was made easy. Everyone I had contact with was professional and helpful.

Big shoutout to Alex T amazing help and service. I built my first gaming pc and was totally stuck and he approached me in store and made sure I got everything I needed and shopped for me. literally! I was looking at cases while he got all the parts for me. Amazing service.

Microcenter is THE only place to go for all my electronic needs. Their customer service is by far superior to any other company. They won’t hassle you over exchanges or returns which makes them #1 in my book!!

Micro Center is a good place for computers, hardware, software and accessories. It’s also an all purpose electronics supplies store!
It’s somewhat like a continuation of the former Radio Shack and Fry’s Electronics type of stores. Now perhaps like a combination of a bit of Orvac Electronics and Best Buy.
It’s a regular store for ready to use electronics, as well as plug and play additions.
It’s also geared and staffed for the do-it-yourselfers, with a variety of supplies to work it out. Some of the staff may be more specialized as per a particular interest, as I asked randomly of those who were walking the aisles, only to be referred to another on more than one occasion.

I went in for specific drive components, tho ended up like a kid in a candy store!

Went her to get my wife an iPad. We had looked at Costco and Sam’s club, but the employees are not very technical. One even apologized and suggested we go to a store that has technical support people.
The young man that helped us, Sebastian, was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He suggested an iPad Air that was on sale. The price was about the same as the warehouse stores but the information he provided made this a bargain.

Lovely place. If you live near here, it should be your first choice for computer-related products or inquiries. Very helpful and knowledgeable employees, and the products are sold at very competitive prices. In addition, they offer a price matching service, even after your purchase. If you're new to computers, don't be afraid to ask for advice from them.

Really cool place for tech hardware and other related hobbies. I went with a couple friends and it's already quite fun to just walk around and look at all the things on display, you really just can't get that experience with online shopping.
I purchased a headset from here but it had issues when I got it home, I read their return policy disallowing headphones unless defective, so I was certainly hesitant to see what would happen. Nevertheless, next day I went back, went through the checkout line, and they accepted it with pretty much no hassle or issues at all and I even simply used some of the money from it to immediately purchase a different headset instead and that one worked great. Awesome store, definitely will come back when the drive makes sense, really the only downside of the store is that there's not many around, so the drive is quite a bit haha.

Just had an amazing experience at Micro Center. Why shop anywhere else for computer stuff… these guys are SO HELPFUL!!! I went there to buy computer components for a full computer build that my 10 year old embarked upon. It was a total success thanks to the folks at Micro Center. Really refreshing to get this level of service.

Always great deals! I love this place. I recently picked up a high-end CPU that included a free compatible motherboard. You can't beat the deals! I drive 30-40 miles every few months to shop here.

The best customer service I’ve ever had within the tech industry. I bought a new computer, added a new PSU and drive, they answered every question and made sure I was 100% happy before leaving. I would recommend MicroCenter to anyone considering buying tech or needing help.
