Easily the best thing we did for our Disneyland trip was renting a stroller through OC baby gear rentals! They were so responsive and flexible when our flights got delayed not once, but twice and the stroller was there when we arrived at the hotel, even earlier than we requested. Cannot recommend them enough!

We had our stroller stollen in Disneyland on day two of a 3 day trip. Had no idea what we were going to do the next day. I got online around 9:00 PM and found OC Baby Gear Rentals and that would deliver the stroller before 7:00 AM the next. Sure enough, at 6:45 AM in the lobby of our hotel was a stroller with our name on it. It was clean, ready to use, and worked extremely well. We couldn't have been happier with OC Baby Gear Rentals. Highly recommend. They saved our trip!

We rented a single bob stroller for our trip to Disney and wow the customer service with this company is incredible. On this particular trip we moved hotels which was tricky for dropping and picking up. As we approached the hotel (30 mins away) I got a text that my stroller was waiting for me at my first hotel. It was SO convenient to check in and have my stroller already there so we could pack it up and head into the park, no waiting or wondering. That evening in the parks, I noticed around 10pm that the stroller kept veering to the right. I sent a text and had a response within 2 minutes with some helpful suggestions. The next morning, I woke up to a text that they had left me a brand new stroller and just needed me to leave the original one there as I moved hotels. I was SHOCKED with how wonderful that customer service was. Disney is already a little stressful and tiring and the fact that they just switched everything and made my life easier was SO kind. Finally, as we had to return the stroller, we were now at a new hotel and they had me conveniently leave it at one of the popular restaurants so it was super easy for me to drop it off and for them to grab. This is by far THE BEST rental stroller place and we will be using their services every single time we come to Disney!!!! Incredible customer service, quality products and really really kind people.

OC Baby Gear Rentals was an absolute lifesaver for us on our Disney vacation! After rushing out of the house we realized we forgot our stroller at home when we arrived to our hotel! OC Baby Gear Rentals came through and saved the trip! They quickly responded to our request for a double stroller and it was delivered FREE to our hotel within an hour and a half of us requesting it! The stroller was clean, very well kept, and had tons of storage for our diaper bag and all of our Disney purchases! They are a such a great company and we would highly recommend them to anyone who finds themselves needing baby equipment when they are in town!

Wonderful service! We booked a big kids one for my 4.5 yrs old son. We planed to go to Disneyland at 8am the second morning and it was already there in the hotel 7:45am when we arrived downstairs! The stroller was in great condition and it was name tagged, very easy to find in the “stroller ocean” in the park. It is highly recommended for the family who travel like us.

We rented a double stroller for Disneyland and absolutely loved it! The company is so easy to work with and responds so quickly if needed! Very nice and easy to get our stroller! Rent from this place!! Amazing experience. We stayed at a Disney property hotel, so they won't hold items for you. OC stayed in touch with me via text and when I got the room number they left it at our door for us. Then they picked up from hotel room door on our last day. High quality double stroller for my big kids (8 and 5 yrs old). Worked amazing, they are both tall but had leg room and a little foot rest so legs didn't drag. This made our Disney trip 100% better! Lots of room for our items and each seat back had pouch and cup holders. Will always use them for rentals in the future!! Affordable too!

I had a Greta experience renting with OC Baby Gear. I originally chose to have the stroller delivered on a Fri morning to my hotel but I was unable to obtain park tickets same day so I contacted the company to inform them of the change in itinerary. Even though they'd already delivered the stroller to my hotel (early), the accommodated the transfer to a different day. Great customer service and flexibility!

Our other stroller rental company randomly canceled on us, and in an hour of contacting OG Baby Gear they had strollers delivered to our hotel. They also returned to our hotel to pick them up. They were always on time and texted when 10 minutes away. Great communication and service.

You know me, I try to only review great experiences so everyone knows why a business stands out and OC Baby Gear Rentals is one of those businesses. Me and my wife took our energetic toddler to Disneyland for her birthday and their services at came in clutch for us. We talked about buying another stroller but decided against it because we would use it much. Honestly the stroller was a just in case senerio for spending all day at Disneyland. Opting to rent, it cost us far less and definitely came in handy as our daughter took a mini nap following her fourth go around on the Little Mermaid ride. This business will definitely be on my radar for future needs (maybe future kids lol), but will definitely let all my friends know about the great deals you can find here.

Highly recommended for parents traveling to Disneyland. We rented stroller at Disneyland but it was so dirty and uncomfortable that we need to find another option. Contacted OC Baby Gear Rentals for a stroller. The stroller was so clean that it basically looked brand new. The rental process was quick and easy.
