Avenue of the Arts Costa Mesa, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Stay at the Avenue of the Arts was really great! I LOVE that the rooms have hardwood flooring. For a dust mite and other things in carpet allergy sufferer, this was amazing and the main reason why I chose this hotel. The manager was exceptional, catered to my fragrance free request. The rooms were spacious, had amenities like hairdryer and all sorts of TV access and a very nice view of the pond in the courtyard. Self-park garage right next to the hotel is A+ and very convenient and safe. No complaints!

We had an amazing time staying at Avenue of the Arts! They upgraded our room because of our Marriot gold member status (which many hotels don't despite this benefit). They brought my husband his favorite kind of wine with a note for his birthday. All of the staff was so kind and helpful. It really felt like they were looking for ways make our stay great! We rarely repeat hotels, but this one will be an exception, they were wonderful, and we'll be back!

Excellent service and location. Lots of food and shopping around and was a quiet hotel and location. Was a bit disappointed in the refrigerator and AC. Didn’t do a great job of keeping things and me nice and cool. Did have room service, and the turkey club was good, and service exceptional. The front desk did a great job checking me in and taking good care of me. Parking was great with a parking garage right at the front entrance for hotel guests.

Very very nice hotel. We had a great time in this property. Great location near Newport Beach, Irvine and Costa Mesa. Walking distance from south coast plaza walking across the Westin and thru the bridge. Clean snd very unique hotel. Art and details are everywhere. Hotel restaurant is excellent. Hotel parking is excellent and very safe. Totally recommended.

Great hotel and service, had a nice view of the pond. The hot tub could use some maintenance as the jets were overflowing and would spray up into your head and neck area. Most of the jets are just missing a pvc piece. Would be nice if there was a sign saying the sauna starts cooling down at 9:30 even though it closes at 10.

This little oasis was an exceptional spot tucked into the heart of Costa Mesa. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the property was immaculate. Some of the restaurant staff seemed to have an attitude problem, but everyone is allowed to have a day where they don’t want to be at work. Staying here puts you in close proximity to South Coast Plaza, several good eateries, and some of the best dispensaries in Orange County. Although the signage says the property is non-smoking, I observed several smokers in the courtyard, so wondering what the rules really were, but nobody seemed upset.

It was because of the exceptional service during our first stay that we decided to come again, and it dis not disappoint. From the pre arrival communication, to the amazing service upon arrival, to departure...everything wad on point. Dinner and drinks at silver trumpet was on point. Will be back!!!

They can keep building fancy new hotels nothing will compare to the level of service and dedication this staff has. I've been coming here for years shout out to everyone at the front desk and Aron. If your looking for a great location to staycation this is it!!!

Amazing experience, staff were very kind and accommodating. The beds were so comfy. Rooms were clean. Love the bathrobes! This hotel felt like we should have paid twice the price.The restaurant and bar had great atmosphere and drinks were delicious. Only recommendations I have, the mini bar was somewhat lacking and water pressure in shower could be higher. Shout out to Raz! He went above and beyond to take care of us. Definitely recommend you consider him for management! Thank you, we will definitely return.

Although I only stayed for one night as my kid goes to the neighboring college, I have made it my intent to stay there every time I come to the OC. The rooms are spacious, the lobby inviting, the front desk so humble and energetic, and willing to help on the smallest detail.

The staff is awesome, friendly and helpful! The location is central to So Coast Plaza and the Water Grill, one of the best seafood Resturaunts in OC. The resturaunt and bar in Ave of the Arts is excellent, great food, bar service and staff.

The room was nicely furnished. The view was lovely with trees and pond. Service was pleasant and efficient.

A great place to get ready if you're reception or ceremony are in the area. Meanwhile, the lobby and surrounding areas are great for portraits and the hotel is always so accommodating for our team. If you're looking for a contemporary chic look this hotel has it. Parking is easy and everything is so walkable. Segerstrom and Noguchi are right around the corner too.

Excellent service, beautiful views and spacious suites. I was grateful for the upgrade upon check in. The art in the lobby highlighted artists with ABT which was a real treat.

It’s pretty and well kept. The staff is friendly and it’s very clean. The rooms are also quiet and it’s good for adults and families.

I ate breakfast there and it was surprisingly good.

The WiFi wasn’t great. The Art museum across the street was cool, but there really isn’t anything around there. It isn’t a walkable area outside of the pond next to the hotel.

This is a great hotel. Room service is delicious and takes 15-20 minutes.

Great hotel - very classy with excellent service

Check in process was smooth and made me feel welcome. Grae specifically was incredibly kind and thorough at the front desk. The room itself was extremely comfortable and the view of the pond was gorgeous. Tried the restaurant downstairs as well which had excellent food! Overall the stay was relaxing and quite enjoyable.

Avenue of the Arts is a beautiful hotel for wedding prep and portraits! I’m a wedding photographer and my clients stayed here and had their prep and first look photos done in the hotel grounds.

The rooms are modern with a clean look and the hotel grounds are lovely. There were so many options for portraits! We opted for a more secluded area within the hotel for a private first look and it did not disappoint!
