I am a regular here. Love it. Can't complain. There's nothing to complain about honestly. Vin is a great manager. Has a wonderful team 24/7 dealing with handling all kinds of people. They work very well under pressure, never loose their composure. They stay very respectful. Always helpful and polite. Check in is always great. Id give them all ten stars if u could. I have stayed here quite a few times over the course of the past month and I can say I have not ran into any issues with the rooms or the staff. As a matter of fact Neel at the front desk went above and beyond for me today when I accidentally booked the wrong room type when trying to extend my stay another night instead of putting me in a standard room which I had selected on accident he allowed me to stay in my deluxe room that I was originally staying in. Rather than charging me extra or making me move all my belongings to the standard room. Good job Neel. Way to accommodate your guests!!

Coming on here to leave a review solely as a shout out to Neel. We recently stayed here and Neel was truly the highlight of our experience. He was kind, respectful, helpful and had genuine care for our stay. For the inexpensive price we paid for a room in Orange County, we have no complaints. This is largely thanks to Neel and his hospitality. This location is beyond lucky to have him as a loyal and committed employee. We watched him deal with less than positive guest encounters, to which he handled like a champ. If we are ever in Orange County again, we will ensure we return. Thank you Neel for your amazing spirit & energy. So much light and positivity to you.

I recently stayed at the La Quinta Hotel and had another positive experience, thanks in large part to Neel at the front desk. He has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure my comfort, making each visit a pleasure. This hotel is my hidden gem—a place that provides the perfect getaway when I need a few days to recharge.

The location is very convenient, right by the freeway, near the airport, and close to restaurants. It’s a good, convenient stay. While it’s not a high-end hotel, it offers a comfortable and pleasant experience for its category. There’s a pool onsite and a restaurant right next door, and it’s situated in an executive plaza that is quiet and low-key, apart from some freeway noise if your room faces that way. However, the convenience of the freeway is a great benefit for getting around.

If you get a chance to stay here and run into Neel, you’re in for a positive experience because he epitomizes excellent customer service. I highly recommend staying here if you get the chance.

I love this place! Rooms are clean, right next to Hooters , close to the world renowned South Coast Plaza and minutes from the beach along with easy freeway access to the 405 freeway! You can't go wrong at this lovely place! I give both of my thumb s up for it!

July 26th, Friday. We arrived midnight and overlooked that it’s friday we had a hard time looking for a parking unaware that we can actually park at the nearby hooters. The next day we had to request for a late checkout, everything went great, front desk are accommodating and friendly. Room’s nice, clean and spacious. When in town we will use this facility again. Clean quite place very friendly coffee in the am. Pool side is nice. The staff are very friendly and treat us like we are family. We needed to extend our stay, they made that possible. No complications. We love this location bcuz they are so nice and understanding.

There is a wide range of places to eat from all within less than a mile. You can even buy bitcoin in the lobby at a atm using your debit/credit card.
They charge 100 cash deposit or 50 on a debit card. Check out is at 11. They do offer a early check in for a small fee.
And early in the morning the serve pasterys and coffee to every body at no addional fee.
And when booking a room the offer rooms with micro wavðxxxðŕ

have always gone above and beyond to help me at the front desk. The room I stayed in had clean floors, shower and extra clean sheets which is exactly what I was looking for.

I really enjoyed staying here in Laquintana. It was close to my daughter room service was great. They took care of all my needs. The price was good and the room were comfortable.

Awesome experience staying here. Vishal from front-desk was super helpful, polite and courteous. We checked in pretty late and he helped us a lot through the process with a cheerful smile. Will come back again since I come here very week on business trip

Freeway really close but with doors shut and TV on.. slept really good. Windows shut... also the room temperature controlled by me... was so comfortable. Enjoyed. Thank you

The staff is very intune with good customer service including assisting me with extending my stay at a very low rate for two days. The rooms are clean and up to date with wi-fi that exceeds over 100 mps. For abut the same price as a stay at Motel 6, this is a good value for your money.

The rooms are very clean and the beds are the best hotel beds I have ever slept in. I had so much to do, but once I laid down I fell asleep for 10 hours. It was just what I needed. I can't wait to come back! Thank you staff and all....

It was really late when we got here and the servis was fast and friendly the rooms where clean we enjoy the pool we did had to go get the towels but it was a good experience thank you 😊

The entrance was very clean, the front desk clerk was very hospitable, and gave us a room very quickly very efficient and professional a great visit overall great service and great location 10 out of 10

The rooms are somewhat old. The ac didn't work that great and no fridge in the rooms. Other than that it was OK
