Hotel Indigo Anaheim, an IHG Hotel

The BEST place to stay near Disneyland! Upon checking in, we were greeted by some of the nicest hotel staff that I have ever met. They were familiar with our reservation and made great conversation. After taking advantage of the free parking while at the parks, we headed up to our room. We found the room to be very spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning worked great as well. Location was great (About a 10 minute walk to Disney parks). The walk is well lit and felt safe, even late at night. If I ever find myself in Anaheim again, I will make it a point to stay here!

I had a fantastic two-night stay. While parking was a bit of a challenge, it was manageable. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The rooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it’s within walking distance of Disneyland—everything was nothing short of wonderful.

I would say this is a 3 Star accommodation. Nothing fancy, includes all the things you need; clean rooms and building and the staffing to keep the place looking clean. All I see is the staff cleaning, mopping and vacuuming. Great sight to see. Has a swimming pool and hot tub. The location is perfect for us. Everything is literally a walk away. 15-20 minute walk to Disneyland. You have many retail and restaurants nearby to choose from and something for everyone. I would def come back to this hotel in the future. Money well spent and no complaints at all. Fyi; we stayed 5 days; my wife and I and our 9 year old daughter.

Great spot in an awesome location in the resort district! We had some family visit this summer and they randomly selected this property just because it was the most price efficient option at the time. You really cannot ask for much more for an off-property hotel, it is very close to the parks and everything else around the resort district. Although it is right on Katella, which tends to be very noisy at all hours, we could not hear anything in the room or in the pool.

Everyone was very impressed with the staff, room and property amenities. The room was modern with a huge shower and very cold mini fridge. It was very hot (90+) every day and the air conditioning worked wonderfully throughout the visit.

Staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful throughout the visit.

Our party made good use of the pool as well, which was very nice and quiet, well maintained, and there was a nice cabana area too for some shade. Plenty of towels available as well!

This is a great hidden gem and I'll be recommending it to everyone who visits us going forward.

We enjoyed a 3-night stay at Hotel Indigo Anaheim at the beginning of this years for our Disneyland trip, and it was a fantastic choice! The location was perfect – close enough to walk to the park. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-suited for our family.

The hotel is geared towards families, but it's important to note that the bathroom sinks might be a little high for younger children. The decor has a distinct green theme, which may not be everyone's taste.

The staff at Hotel Indigo were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

While the hotel doesn't include breakfast, there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance to grab a bite before heading to the park.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo Anaheim and would definitely recommend it to other families visiting Disneyland.

Not as close to Disney as some other locations, expect around a 20 minute walk if you're taking your time.

However, this is a fantastic location with great staff and charges a reasonable price with a reasonable cancellation policy.

Parking is great, with a good number of spots located underneath the property.

Rooms are a tad dated but overall nice with a good shower. Beds are excellent.

This is my go to property when I'm just about anywhere around LA.

Great value for the money. The rooms are large and have many plugs to charge all your electronics. Free gated parking. Only 18 mins walk to the Disneyland security spot.
Staff, (specially Elizabeth) were very friendly answering our questions and accomodating our requests when possible. Breakfast isn't free but it was very affordable ($9 for eggs Burrito and coffee) and made to order (not like mass production free breakfasts). We loved it!

We just got back from a 3 night stay. I am so happy I chose to book with them. We walked in and Erica at the front desk greeted us. She was so nice and definitely an asset to the hotel. She gave amazing service and made us feel welcomed! We got to our room that had a partial view of the fireworks of Disney. It was great! The room, bathroom was clean and smelled clean too. The sheets were clean, comfortable and they smelled clean too! The beds are comfortable as well as the pillows.The rooms are a decent size. It was 4 of us and we stayed in a 2 qeen bedroom. Everyday housekeeping came in to do our beds and stock us up on things we were low on like towels, mouthwash, makeup remover towels. The pool area was nice and clean! Check in and out was super easy!! We definitely appreciate the great hospitality this hotel gave us!! We definitely recommend and they have free secured parking!! The hotel is also in a great place a short walk to restaurants and Disneyland!! Thank you Hotel Indigo staff for making our stay comfortable and memorable.

When we arrived the front desk lady was really nice and efficient. We ate breakfast the next day. The staff were really friendly and polite. The food was good, except for the eggs were boxed so they tasted funny, but the rest was good.
The hotel employees we saw they were really friendly.
We walked to a mall right on the corner which is really pretty and we walked yo disney, it was less than 20 minutes walk. But you can take the bus too.
Overall it was a good experience. I definitely recommend it.

We were pleasantly surprised with our amenities. They offer a very large room with two queens and a sofa bed for a decent price. The room was very clean and spacious. However it can get a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but it never bothered us.

Mohammed and all of the staff at the Anaheim Hotel Indigo are fantastic. Mohammed went out of his way to help us on a few occasions. We were always met with a smile and everyone was always so willing to help. The food in the dining room was great and was a really great value. The rooms were super clean and fresh. And the location, literally a 10 minute walk to Disneyland. Can't beat it. We WILL stay here again!

Absolutely love this hotel! The staff is amazing and so friendly. The restaurant food and staff was so delightful. Karin in the restaurant is so sweet and Mohammad in front desk was so helpful! This was our 2nd stay because we had such a great experience last time and will be back again!!

Has a better atmosphere than some themed resorts. Smaller hotel with amazing service. Convenient distance from Disney. Restaurant and room service didn't disappoint.

What an amazing experience. I did not stay here, however I called before to see if we could park our car here the morning that we got to DISNEY and they said we could even though our room checkin was later in the day. However, our flight on Sunday was cancelled due to the plan having a bad wing, and we could not make our trip until a day later. The hotel actually agreed to cancel and refund our full purchase price. What amazing customer service and that alone deserves 5 stars! They answered their phones within a few seconds too. Many great things to say about them and I wish them to have more business in the future to come!

This place was Perfect , Clean, and Perfect. The management and employees were all nice- and it was a great experience… Did I mention snacks? Well… they have them and more to make your stay worthwhile and enjoyable. 110% check it out!

This is a budget hotel but there are many perks. Free parking is great, although not a ton of spaces. This place is very clean which is a must for us, wood floors in the room are a plus. Basic but clean is what we were looking for with the days spent at the park. The walk is manageable, even with the long days. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place.

The rooms were clean and the location was great. 15 min walk to the Disney parks or a quick walk to the Toy Story parking lot. The breakfasts every morning were delicious and the service was exceptional!!!!! My family of 5 very much enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful staff! From the front desk to the restaurant to the housekeeping crew, everyone we interacted with was super friendly and helpful. Erica at the front desk was especially great. We really appreciated the excellent service!

We stayed three nights at this hotel with two kids during a Disneyland stay. We were very happy with the location. The walk to and from the Disney parks did not feel too far for us or our kids (9 & 7) even after a long day of playing. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, the beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were clean and met our needs. It was great that it was right across the street from stores that we could walk to and pick up a few things that we forgot to pack, too. The hallway/other room noise was a bit loud at times, and parking was pretty tight, but the staff was helpful and accommodating with that as well. Based on our overall experience, we would definitely look at staying here again for a future disneyland trip.

Erica, Daisy, and the gentleman at the front desk working the way we were checking out were amazing staff! I can honestly say I have never been treated better at a hotel and I am a lover of travel. I really appreciated the way they took care of us and how kind they were with us. The walk is only 10 minutes to the park and the rooms are nice and updated. Room service was provided daily and they were world class overall. I will be recommending staying here again to family and my next Disneyland visit.
