Big variety of Vietnamese cuisine is offered here. The decor is updated and open airy with quite a number of tables. Beef noodle soup was nice. Savory crepes with herbs and vegetables was nice. Nam neung (pork sausage) wraps were very good. All dishes ordered were quite good. There is plenty of parking at this strip mall.

I don’t usually give 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Brodard definitely exceeded my expectations on all fronts deserves this rare 5 🌟rating from me.

There were five of us and we ordered four different dishes and each one was an essentially the best of its kind (Bún Bò Huề, Duck and Bamboo Noodle Soup, Shaken Beef and vegetables platter).

We also ordered the Grilled Pork Spring Roll (Nem Nuong Cuon) among the best I’ve ever had. If you come here, just automatically order this appetizer. Don’t ask anyone if they want it, just order it. Everyone will be happy you did.

This is one of the classic places that I frequent whenever I am in the area. They are known for the grill pork spring rolls as well as other Vietnamese staples. They also have a good selection of pastries and desserts. We ordered a few items to share and were pleased with all the dishes. We ordered the Grilled Pork Spring Rolls, Flat Iron Steak & Eggs, Banh Hoi, and Broken Rice. Each dish was well made and had their own great taste.

This is our go to Vietnamese restaurant when in SoCal. Additionally their pork spring rolls are a must when we go or a great item to bring to parties. Since this place get really busy, I suggest you reserve a spot in advance via Yelp.

Food is always delicious here. My must order for the table is grill pork spring roll, Shaken beef and end with coconut jelly.

Great Vietnamese fusion restaurant!
Order the grilled pork spring rolls as appetizer, it's the best, especially the peanut sauce.

We were about an hour away and decided to go ahead and call in a reservation. By the time we got there, our table was ready. Still dreaming about the barbecue pork spring rolls. The crunch combined with the savoriness of the sauce is unmatched. Decided on the Bahn Xeo and was pleasantly surprised with the subtle taste of coconut. I will say, we didn’t go for impeccable service, but the spring rolls alone was worth it for us to go back.

My wife's best friend took us here to eat and I am amazed on how nice everything is. The layout is nice, the flavor of the food is nice, they even have a full bar! Best Vietnamese food I've had in my life.

The food is pretty good! They have a smaller location at John Wayne Airport as well, but for this location, it has more food to choose from.

We use yelp check in before so the wait is around 15-20 minutes on weekend. We order the Bun Bo Hue ( beef noodle soup ), grilled pork spring roll, and shaken beef rice. I would recommend the bun bo hue because the soup base is really flavorful. The grilled pork spring roll is also a must try, it is crunchy. The portion is pretty good so we are full and take out the rest.

The service is fast as well, the waiter is friendly. We also order drinks: lychee tea and Vietnamese coffee. Both drinks are really good, and the Vietnamese coffee is strong.

They also have a bar in the middle, plenty of seats. It's a busy restaurant that's why we recommend yelp check in. The food comes really fast tho. Would recommend this place!

This is a cozy place to go with your friends and families. It has everything you want to eat and the price is affordable. This location is better than the previous location which is behind the 99 Cent store, make this restaurant to be seen from the street. This restaurant can easily be seen from the street, has great parking, and looks clean and modern. It is very spacious and high class looking. It have the best Nam Nuong it have the perfect ratio of meat and vegetables added with the sauce making it the tastiest Vietnamese food ever. Great service from their employee. Although the price have increased but the quality remains excellent.

We dropped by to pick up some snacks for the road.

Brodard offers a variety of pastries, desserts, and Vietnamese food if you eat in.

We picked up so many snacks, and everyone was happy with what we got. The pastries were fresh and tasty. The Vietnamese sweets were authentic and filled our belly for the road trip.

Be aware that this is the original and correct Brodard.

Came here for dinner right before they closed and they were able to seat us. Haven't been here in over 10 years. We ordered two spring rolls and a Bun Bo Hue. The spring rolls were delicious especially with their unique dipping sauce. The Bun Bo Hue was full of flavor, however, it wasn't really spicy. It was also nice to have the warm noodle soup since it was a cold night. I definitely recommend this restaurant for their spring rolls and dipping sauce. They also have a Brodard Express that recently opened at the John Wayne Airport.

Consistently, the food at this establishment is delicious and never disappoints. When dining here, I always make sure to order the grilled pork spring rolls and the Shaken beef, which are must-haves for the table. To conclude the meal on a sweet note, I recommend indulging in the coconut jelly, a delightful dessert option. This selection of dishes never fails to satisfy my taste buds and ensures a memorable dining experience.

Haven’t been back here for a while bc there was nothing special. But I was recommended the mi quang noodles. Have to admit it is probably one of the better place for it. What made it special was the coconut flavor rice cracker that went into it. Good job Brodard! And the com ga is satisfying.

We came for their famous rolls and we were not disappointed! They are known for their many variations of spring rolls. We had a late lunch with the the grilled pork spring rolls and the grilled shrimp spring rolls. They serve in 3 or 4 rolls servings. If you want to share and try more order the 3 rolls and ask them to cut the rolls in half. They also had wonderful drinks. The lychee sakitini and the boozy peach tea were a hit! We came back the next night snd had the shaking beef, very tender and ordered more rolls to go! We will come back again! Atmosphere was hopping and we really liked the open kitchen concept and the dessert stand on the one dude if the restaurant. The “togo” orders queue went on and on!!!! Come and enjoy, you can thank me later!!!!

FANTASTIC spring rolls! The quality here is never amiss and is consistently great, quantity/serving-size is more than reasonable for cost as well for them. The beef stew was also a solid pick here as well, but would strongly recommend that first timers try their spring rolls above all else here.

My second time here, and it didn't disappoint. Spring rolls are their signature dish. Service was friendly, service was prompt, and the Vermicelli we ordered was delicious as well. The restaurant was quite busy, as this was a Friday night, but the wait was reasonable and they text you when it's your turn.

It was one of our stops in Orange County. There were so many Viet restaurants with good food here, but this one stood out because of its modern clean look, all the waiters seemed to be nice and helpful. It was in a big plaza, 5-10 minutes away from the center of Little Saigon, no problem finding a parking space. We came in around 5pm on a weekday to avoid weekends and peak hours so it was not that crowded. The food was good, the prices were decent. The one thing that made our experience was that our waiter “Nam” went out of his way to open the door twice for my husband and me when we left (not expected when it started to get busy). He seemed to be (naturally) sincere and pleasant from the beginning till we walked out of that door. I believe he will be successful in life… Thank you!!
P.S. The veggie clay pot was just ok, not worth the price. I didn’t like the pork chop flavor, my guess it was marinated with five spice powder which I didn’t like in any grilled meat, but of course that was my personal preference, definitely ok for many people
