Great workers and great prices. The best prices I've found yet, and Raul was super friendly. They needed to order parts since I have an older car and they didn't charge me at all for the work they did that day, only charging me once they could actually fix the issues. I'll definitely be back!

Fast Auto Repair of cypress California replaced my fuel pump and the sway bar bushings on my 2002 Ford F150 .I had a doctors appointment the following day and they expedited the work needed to be performed on my truck . Good service

Horrible car repair place go else where. They told me my radiator blew out . Paid an arm and a leg to get that done and my car is still leaking fluid. Upsold me on more alledged parts that I needed.

They deserve 0 star! Dropped off my vehicle at 2pm on Friday along with my information & phone number. Came back they were closed & they locked my car in the garage with no phone call to inform me they couldn’t get to my car. Came back the next morning at 8:15 my car was parked outside. The owner/Manager Raul was very RUDE & he said they haven’t even looked at my car. All I asked for was a courtesy call that they were locking up my car for the night. He didn’t have an explanation nor did he apologize. Instead he tried arguing with me & handed me my keys. They fixed my AC exactly a year ago so I came back thinking it would be a quick fix since it was their error. So much for supporting small businesses in our city. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! Horrible service!!!

TL:DR I spent $400+ to have the wrong thing fixed, my car smell like food, and to lose trust in this business. I think they knew they could take advantage since I'm young and rarely have my car worked on thinking I wouldn't know the difference.

Im 25M and having the convenience of it being near my work, I heard a noise coming from my engine. I tell Raul (1st Mechanic) there's a noise & I think it's the Motor Mount (because they repaired my other mount less than 1yr ago)

Raul asks to take my car for a test drive to see for himself, I happily let him thinking he'll hear it FOR SURE)
-15 Min. Later-
He returns with his lunch behind his back, keeping it out of sight (but not that well), to say it's my Rear Brakes and Rotors.

I make an appointment for the next morning to drop off my car during my break & picking it up after work. I return to my car smelling like burgers & fries... yum...

-$275 later & my car is still making noise-

I go back that Monday and speak to Miguel (2nd mechanic) explain the whole situation, as above, he looks at my motor mounts, sees the damage & says he'll help with the cost & work on it HIMSELF, giving me some relief, I agree & set an appointment for Thursday. Same deal, I drop off in the morning & pick up after work.

ALL DAY I see my car parked not being worked on. I call at 230, usually clock out at 330, to see how it's going. Miguel says he's not there and to call the Business.

Raul answeres saying he'll call Miguel to find out then call me back.

I arrive & RAUL is STILL working on my car...

-20 min.-

Brings me back to see my car, says the Top Mount is fixed BUT the Lower Mounts need to be replaced AS WELL AS my Power Steering Pump making a noise, which he recommended replacing, I say to write it on the invoice because I've spent a lot at once already.
(He Avoids Eye Contact!!!!!)

-$170 later-

I go to a mechanic by my house the following week repairs the Lower Mounts and (Best of all !!!) Tops Off the Power Steering Fluid and the noise stops...

All faith lost in this business. I went along trusting their word because I wanted it done during work just for them to take advantage of a customer.
