I’ve had great service with Jeff Biddle Insurance, initially with Jeff, and follow-up this year with Kyle Bradley. I had a LOT of questions, but Kyle was patient and answered them all. Above all, he was super nice to deal with!

After many years buying home owner and auto insurance through SoCal AAA, they dropped our home coverage with no available recourse. I searched out Jeff and he was able to quickly and completely replace the AAA coverage at virtually the same price. We moved ALL of our coverages over to State Farm. Jeff Biddle and his team have seen to my insurance needs (as well as that of other family members) for more than a decade. Jeff handles all of our policies (auto, home, rental properties, personal and commercial liability...) and has always been there when I needed him. While the entire staff is always there to help, Monique really stands out. She has helped me countless times over the years. Any question, claim, or other issue I have had has always been handled in a friendly and professional manner.

Jeff has handled all my insurance (autos, home, rental property, excess) for a number of years now. It has been a pleasure to work with him and his team. Whenever I have a question about coverage, I email Jeff and I frequently receive a response within the hour. He goes out of his way to explain how State Farm handles a claim and offers guidance on how to approach the insurer based on his experience. He has also been upfront in his assessment on how State Farm may respond. He also follows up. His guidance and advice have been a major help in my analysis of whether to file a claim or not. Plus, I trust him.

I would like to post a review of my interactions with Jeff Biddle and his State Farm Insurance Agency. I was covered by another insurance agency when I asked Jeff for a quote for coverage of my condo and the two cars in my family. Jeff asked questions about my current coverage, identified gaps and enhancements, and suggested additions to make my coverage more comprehensive. Jeff came back with a quote that was $1,200 a year less than I was paying, with better coverage. Jeff is very friendly and knowledgeable when I interact with him in person and is always quick to respond when I reach out to him with issues via text, email, or phone. I couldn’t be happier with Jeff and his State Farm agency. I’m only sorry I didn’t request a quote from him much earlier.
