Absolutely every staff member gave outstanding attention and service.
Every question and request made by my family was promptly and professionally handled.
I can't wait to go back!

The food is really good and I love the lobby lounge areas.

Great for a vacation or to work remotely.

Stayed the night on July 4th and had an excellent experience! From making the reservation to checking out, the customer service was absolutely stellar- and it was all due to Paulina being so accommodating and kind. The rooms are very clean and it was pretty quiet. The price wasn’t that bad either. I was also talking to regulars that mentioned they come back due to Paulina’s exemplary customer service :)

The staff at this property earns this place five stars. Every single person who worked there was amazing and helpful and went above and beyond. Every person. The lobby is wonderful as is the courtyard. The location fantastic. The room unfortunately had issues. The bed was comfortable. But. There was a huge water stain on our ceiling. The toilet seat was broken. The thermostat was broken. And the bed is placed in a way that only one person can watch TV. If they moved the bed to the wall opposite the TV the whole room would work better. The TV could be mounted on the wall and the desk and dresser moved to where the bed is located. The rooms definitely need some OM.

the front desk and bistro staff were great ! the lady who made breakfast was awesome - and made sure I had food that addressed my concerns. the bistro cafe guy (British man) was just over the top lovely !!! Thank you for the great conversation.

room was well appointed with task lighting and desk for work.
big bathroom and plenty of seating/storage and towels.

nice bed - I think it was pretty new.

overall great experience. if you have EV - this is a great location, as they have chargers on site. Will be back.

Beautiful hotel, checkin was super fast and easy. Was nice and quiet, loved the pool and, the gym. Front desk who checked Ms, in was really sweet too.

As a young solo traveller, I greatly appreciated the very friendly staff. They really made me feel welcome and played an important role in a super memorable stay in California. If you want a quiet hotel to relax this is definitely one I would seriously consider.

Could use a minor update but clean and quiet.
Room had small refrigerator and coffee maker. Nice view of the ducks that live near the pool.
Definitely will stay here again.

I really love this hotel. It is an older property but very well maintained. The courtyard is absolutely adorable. Everyone there is very nice. They have the bistro resturant which serves breakfast in the morning from 6 am to 10 am. Starbucks coffee pretty much all day. And has a small dinner menu. They have a bar which is my absolute favorite feature of the hotel. I will definitely return to this hotel.

Really nice stay! Super accommodating and friendly staff! Nice facility and property! They helped make my wife’s birthday trip a complete success! Paulina and Sunny (sorry if is misspelled girls!) were awesome! My wife enjoyed their fun and helpful demeanor!

We also tried their food, we had breakfast sandwiches and burritos! 5-stars! Surprisingly REALLY GOOD! They also had Starbucks coffee and small bottles of bubbly for you “mimosa in the morning types”, like me! 😛

Thanks to the owner and staff for doing a great job! Room was nice too! If I could suggest one small affordable upgrade that would really top this entire stay off (and for future guests), it would be to upgrade the shower heads.

They were a bit dated and low pressure. My only slight “gripe” if any! More of just a suggestion, than really a gripe! Keep up the great work! Loved the beautiful palm trees and landscaping too! Took many pics and just stared at the beauty often! We even had some cool hummingbird friends that would come visit our front porch area and hangout in the trees! So cool!

Customer service was excellent at the counter and the bar. Room was a bit outdated but great. Management left a letter mapping out the upcoming renovations which sounds very promising. Overall cost, location and amenities were worth it.

My family stayed at this hotel for four nights, twice, in November, 2020, and in February, 2021. We were fortunate enough to be able to book the same two adjoining rooms both times. I am disabled and can walk only with a walker, so having one of the rooms be wheelchair-accessible was very important to us. I was able to get into the bathroom to shower, using my walker, very easily. The rooms were very spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The only suggestion I would have to improve these rooms is that they be equipped with microwave ovens, which were sorely missed while we were there. They did have mini refrigerators, which was very convenient. We will always make a point of staying at this hotel, whenever possible, when we visit Orange County. We enjoyed it very much.

My niece was getting married a few blocks from the hotel so she booked several rooms for the people in her wedding party and for anyone that might enjoy the 2 open bars at the reception a little too much to drive themselves home. If someone had to use a designated driver they were permitted by the hotel to leave their cars in the parking lot until morning. The hotel was really nice and clean and the staff was beyond awesome! They worked with my niece to accommodate all of her request. When it was time for me to go I enjoyed a bagel, tea and TV at the restaurant located in the lobby until my Uber arrived. If I ever need a hotel in the area or just want to getaway from Vegas you can bet I'll be staying at this Courtyard. Thanks for everything...you all are the best!

Got upgraded to a wonderful suite, with comfy chairs, comfy beds, and a small balcony. It had a real fridge, with a freezer and everything. I was only there for one night, so I didn't make use of any of the facilities, but the pool looked great and I could see a nice outdoor seating area with little fire pits. The shower was nice, with dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, which seems better than those wasteful single-use bottles. Smelled good, too! And very hot water.

I had a joyful ☺ time here . Spent 4 days here, the staff was just amazing. Camilla at the front desk was so helpful. A young lady named Marina that works in housekeeping, was so so nice, kind and very helpful. I didn't feel the room was cold enough lol so she brought me a fan too... All the housekeeping ladies and gentlemen that work there was so nice and kind and very helpful. I enjoyed my stay thank you 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂

Great place to airport park. Rates are very fair and off metro stop if no ride or just save on ride share apps. Professional customer service at welcoming desk. Will certainly recommend and use in the future.

Stayed here for one night and I would highly recommend! The beds were very comfortable and the room is clean. They have a Starbucks in the lobby, which was great! Ask for a room on the pool side so that you don’t hear the highway 😊

Just like when you go to any other Marriott the service is impeccable to match TV rooms that always exceed your expectations. The room lyrics bigger than what I am used to with Marriott very spacious very clean and had everything that you needed. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful. She did everything she could to assist us to make sure that the process of the room and our stay was smooth for the whole trip.

I stay here somewhat often and I love this place! The workers, the two front desk ladies, Paulina and Tiff are absolutely wonderful and welcoming! Then there's John who works at the bistro in the lobby and he always knows how I like my drink! They all know me by name and are beyond helpful! Rooms are nice and up kept and the TV is a smart TV. Definitely enjoy staying here.
