Hampton Inn & Suites Santa Ana/Orange County Airport

I can’t say enough excellent things about this hotel, It’s probably one of the best Hilton I’ve ever stayed at. First of all, my wife and I arrived late last night and the night attendant was super nice including the valet attendant. There were no more parking spots left but the valet person said no worries it will be taken care of. The room was spotless , beds were super comfortable , complementary breakfast was excellent and close to Orange County airport. Highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in town.

Great people at this location! Currently in the process of upgrading their facilities so pardon the dust. Location worked out perfect for us doing Disney on a rainy day in Feb. Francey and the breakfast team took care of business from 6-10am and started our mornings off right with our fave waffles & bottomless coffee. We’ll be back. Thank you!

Check-in with Sophia was fast, smooth, cheerful, helpful and informative. Iceland at the front desk was also cheerful, helpful and answered all questions quickly and gave us exactly what we needed. The room was clean and enough space for us with a layout that we had not seen before - so it was helpful for us to work during the day. The area holds a lot to see and do so we took advantage to re-stock and get ready for the next leg of our trip. Housekeeping was also helpful and modified their schedule to meet our needs.

We loved this hotel! It was 15 mins from Disneyland. The rooms were big and had a lot of space for my little one to play. The breakfast was delicious. Regular waffles and a surprise flavor of the day was available, many cereals, oatmeal, eggs, potatoes, and a breakfast meat. The meal was a great start to our day. BUT THE STAFF MAY OUR STAY PERFECT. They were extremely welcoming and always said hi to our family when they saw us.

From the well lit property, to the super polite front desk gentleman. The welcoming experience they provide was exceptional and so very welcome. I was blown away at the quality of the carpets, the cleanliness of the towels and sheets, the towels were very fluffy and absorbent. The sheets were smooth and firm without being stiff, also they smelled clean without any bleach smell.

The whole room was laid out very well and instantly made me feel relaxed and able to sleep the best sleep away from home I have ever had.

The shower water pressure and temperature were excellent and I felt like the acoustics were deadened, I felt like I could hear no one else, and I
didn't feel like I was in an echo chamber.

The view was excellent and the morning staff were just as kind and helpful as the night staff.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is clean and overall experience is awesome.

Nice experience. Great if you have kids. Nice pool. Outstanding breakfast. The ladies who run breakfast do an incredible job. Hampton Inn was always very clean and neat.

Customer service and the location were all to our expectations. The only downside is the parking gets kind of cramped at the night time. Stayed for 3 days, and our service dog didn't have much in the way of greenery to go for walks on so not the best place if you have a service animal. They're part of Hilton so Hilton points on their honors program work here. Very nice rooms great for the price I would stay here again definitely

Update!!!
Found a $250 charge on my card.... Was told the deposits would be returned and Nobody contacted me to say there was any kind of issue... I also recall only making a $200 deposit... For each of the three days we were there, we checked out, and checked back in, however we remained in the same room....
Anyways we cleaned the place ourselves, as I do any time I stay at a hotel upon check-out....And it didn't even really need to be cleaned, other than a few items of trash. Our Dog also is a service animal and Well trained. We are CERTAIN he did not make any messes nor she'd any hair in the room. I will re-update after talking to property

Great easy check it. Was welcomed immediately by staff. Staff was welcoming and eager to share about amenities and if any needs needed to be met. In the lobby they had coffee and refreshments. You can tell the hotel is under renovation but our room was great. Nice and clean, modern design. There’s limited parking but provides free valet service to assist. Great breakfast hours to meet everyone schedules.

Im a diamond hilton member and I stayed two nights definitely it was awesome. Especially I saw very great hospitality especially Miss Sophia and Miss Aislinn were so helpful and kind. Thank you for all and see you soon

Aileen was super helpful and her customer service was beyond amazing. I was surprised to learn it was her first week working there by how easy going she was. Her and dylan were beyond helpful when looking for my i.d that I thought I had left in the room I checked out of. They are amazing representation for what customer service should look like and be. I am beyond satisfied with my stay!

I've been staying here a few times over the last 2 mos. Most recently I've been here a little less than 2 weeks this stay. The staff here is AMAZING, including there manager Nicole, who has just recently helped with some authorizations that had incurred on my cards. Everyone here is friendly, welcoming, and passionate about their jobs and the customers. It feels great to find a place with such professionalism, and care that truly treats there guests like family. If I could give more than 5** I would in an instant. Great place, great spacious rooms, AMAZING staff makes this not only the best hotel in the hotel terrace area, or the best hotel in the HILTON family but the best hotel I've ever stayed at!! Thanks again to the wonderful staff led by Nicole!! You all are doing an EXCELLENT job! Thanks so much!!!

Highest recommendation for Hampton Inn Santa Ana! Manager Yvette could run any 5-star property anywhere in the world (and probably will someday). Her professionalism, helpfulness and consummate customer service result in a top-down standard of excellence met at every staff level. I almost hate to publicize this gem and make it harder to get a reservation, but the praise is too well-deserved. The rooms are already well-appointed and are regularly updated. The location is central & convenient. This hotel is a great value, especially compared with other brands in the immediate area and generally for Orange County. I'll write future reviews to highlight the many individual staffers who make such a difference here, but here's a first example: I needed a critical document scanned one evening for an important deadline. The front desk staffer on duty couldn't get the scanner to work properly. Manager Yvette, who had already departed for the evening/was already home after a long day, came BACK to the property to personally scan the document - and she was nice about it, too. So I was able to relax and de-stress, and get my work done. This property is a shining example for Hilton Hotels.

Came in late & tired, Chase at the front desk easily makes the check in process the most enjoyable stress free thing possible. Woke up & wanted some extra towels & the beauty at the front desk actually asked if I could wait 5-10 min they would deliver some fresh fluffies straight front the laundry to me room! The sweet house keeper woman dang near beat me back to the room. Impeccable service, easily justifies the extra $10-$30 price over the other 4-5 hotels within a stones throw!

I have been staying at this hotel during business trips to Santa Ana off and on for the better part of 3 years. I probably have stayed here two dozen times and this is my first review (which is well overdue). The facility and staff are great. If I ever have any issue, they are on top of it and rectify it immediately. The staff is friendly and polite, with a friendly hello whenever they see you. The rooms are always clean and fresh when I arrive and I get a good nights rest. Congratulations to the owners and staff for making me feel so comfortable.

The bed is amazingly comfortable and roomy. The showerhead is actually high enough to step under unlike most hotels. The complementary breakfast was good. Wish I had more time at the hotel to enjoy the amenities. It felt like an apartment and not a hotel. Staff was friendly. Had a great experience.

Amazing hotel. They were in the process of remodeling, but still catered to each person. Full hotel when I staged in the teens of October. There was a really amazing Hispanic girl who worked reception, the rest of the staff was really good too!

The staff couldn't have been friendlier. Front desk staff made you feel welcome from the beginning till the end. Everyone was always smiling. Even the valet guy took pride in their role to make customer feel happy. Rooms were great, nice layout and clean.

Clean, quiet rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, convenient central location for getting to Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, and Huntington Beach. Rooms have microwave and mini fridge, and the breakfast bar includes make your own homemade waffles. My sister and I had a great week-long summer stay here!
