Had instant 1 on 1 extraordinary customer service...that was before they even asked if we were members.

Had answers and the forms to literally every question. Even explained process on several complex DMV issues as well.

Travel planning is so much better when time is maximized due to the effectiveness of the free logistics support.

Also very Handi-Capaple friendly staff & location is large and interior layout is open & easy to navigate.

Erin Lee in travel is a life saver, I had last minute travel changes so she went to work, she did not quit or complain she just went to work and made changes happen with minor cost. She changed my flights, my booking rooms took her two days to make it happen. Erin is amazing she did the changes with smile, kept me informed though out the process. Joseph Rojas did my original booking and he also was great.very helpful staff we are happy to be a part of AAA family

Always efficient. 9am to 1pm service on Saturday helps out so much. Great location too.

People ask me why I have been a member of AAA for over 25 years! I tell them the service and the options available to motorists is worth the investment. An example was recently I had my car stolen and after recovery I needed new plates. After multiple times traversing the DMV website for answers, I called this office and was told they could replace my old plates quickly and easily. I arrived at their office around noon, was greeted with a smile and was instructed to fill out a form for the new plates. In the middle of filling out the form I was called to a window and greeted with a smile and “How can I help you?” I explained the problem and immediately he started the process of issuing a new set of plates for my care. Everybody at this location is awesome and I have never experienced a bad situation when I go to any AAA office. Invest in AAA. You will not regret it!

The sign outside says “EZ DMV”. And it’s damn accurate.

I walk in, get stuff done, and walk out in less than 5 minutes. Lots of parking, friendly staff, and the lady who helped me today was the Region 2 champion (employee of the year) — who had a trophy to prove it.

Nicely organized. One line to check in and let them know what you're there for. Then you go to your specific area and they call you in the order you checked in for that specific service. Took care of my DMV auto registration (check or credit/debit card) and received my sticker. Staff were professional and friendly.

Similar system as the DMV but more organized. You wait in line to give them your phone number and they put you on list and you get an estimated wait time. My wait time was 85 minutes. Luckily live close by. I went home and had lunch and waited until my name was near the top of the list (they text you a link to check your spot) I got back just in time and I received a phone call that it was my turn. Once i was inside the whole process took a matter of minutes (renewing car registration) Not as bad as the DMV

David was very helpful, kind, and quick to take passport photos. He was so great with my toddler. He even sang the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse song for her. Great service!! I was in and out within 30 minutes.

Had a great first meeting with AAA Travel Agent, Alwatheq (Al) Kawar. I'm starting to plan a big trip, and he shared helpful tour info and personal travel insights of his own. Look forward to working with him further.

Triple A is by far the best auto insurance experience I've ever had. They provide excellent roadside assistance complete with battery services. They have DMV service at most branches, and also provide great travel planning and maps if you need them. I had a flat recently and needed some help, the technician was there in 15 minutes, was courteous and professional. When he completed the tire swap I was impressed.

Your driver teachers are amazing! I loved Jeff M. Very patient and relatable guy! So grateful for every lesson with him! Stress-free and relaxed experience as a student driver here. Got my license and I’m driving stick, Jeff! Thanks man!

Staff was friendly, helpful and operated incredibly efficiently from the moment I arrived, despite the special queues and Covid protocol. I was here for vehicle registration needs today. Every penny of this membership is worth not having to go to the DMV. Thank you, AAA. You guys are awesome and made my day.

I have been an AAA member for over 45 years. This is a great office with well trained and very helpful staff. When I needed to replace my vehicle sticker, I was done within 10 minutes. I wish the DMV was as well organized.

Staff is friendly, when you walked into the door you're greeted and pointed to the right line if you don't know where you're going. The lines for billing and DMV go fairly fast and my average wait time normally is around 15 minutes from start to finish. If you're going to travel, you can always stop by and pick up information.

I went here to replace my stolen license plates. Everyone was pleasant, the guy who helped me was efficient and professional. I got new plates on the spot. Thank you AAA for you usual top notch service. It is generally a pleasure doing business with the AAA.

I had three DMV items I needed to deal with. Two were very simple and one, I thought, was going to be potentially difficult, But like a champ the woman who helped me made the whole thing simple and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Yay!

In and out in less than 15 minutes! Maybe I was there at just the right time (Wednesday morning at 10), but I checked in, paid my registration, and was out in short order. The staff at this location has consistently been courteous in my opinion. Gosh, that must be why I visit this location!

The only AAA I will ever walk into! They set the bar so high! No matter what time of day im greeted and helped by the kindest of representatives. Their office is so quick and efficient i always walk away feeling accomplished and happy.

We used the travel services with Liz and she is EXCEPTIONAL! We required special accommodations (pet friendly, etc...) and she personally called each hotel to make sure that they would work with our needs. Liz went up and beyond! We had never really thought of using AAA for our travel before and what a great experience! Thanks Liz!
