I paid Mr Marcus Amber $300.0 to amend my tax since last year. When I noticed that he has done nothing, I told him to refund my money because I hired another PA who did the amendment. He promised me that he will only refund $200.00 out of the $300.00 I paid him. I then told him to refund me the $200.00 as he promised. He had not refunded the money since January. Now both him and the wife don’t pick my calls

DO NOT GO HERE!! These guys were absolutely the worst people to go to. me and my partner had a sales tax issue and we owed about $40k in sales taxes. We went to there office and told them our situation to ask them if they could help us with our situation. Of course they had to tell us yes they could help us out, in fact that they'll even give us a money back guarantee if they can't reduce it by 50%. After hearing all this I thought great finally someone that could help us out. How wrong I was... they had put us a payment plan which they said they'll start working on our case right away. Months on later I find out they haven't done anything and got a response from the owner saying that they won't start our case until half the payment were paid. He then gave me a lecture about how theyre a business just like how we were and they can't work for free that they need money to pay his people in order for them to work. I tried not to get infuriated by this response and in my head I was thinking these guys are already here and they guarantee they can reduce our tax debt, so sick it up From that point I asked them how much more I needed to pay until they start working on my case and then I paid them. Within the course of a year of being tossed around from one incapable associate to another to just have them fill out our OIC (offer in compromise), my tax debt issue is still unresolved. In fact my tax debt issue was never handled and I never got anything reduced. So what am I to do? Especially after I've paid them the full amount that they asked for to resolve our issue. I tried calling them to get my refund and they won pick up my phone calls or return any of my calls after leaving several voice messages. I had to block my number to be able to talk to Frank (the person who convinced us that they could help resolve our tax debt). his response was hes gathering all our emails and response from this case and he will contact me back and then hangs up. A week has passed and no response and once again does not return my calls, emails, or voice messages that I've attempt. To further piss me off he screens his calls no matter what time an employee will always respond to me that he's on the phone or he's busy. So please dont waste your time, money, and save yourself from the nightmare me and my partner went through. These people are scammers and will take your money.

No feedback to clients after I paid all the service I am waiting for a follow up and no but called me!!
