Holiday Inn

I chose a hotel to stay in carefully, and I was very satisfied with Holiday Inn. It is modern, clean and well managed. Some key staff have been there for 20+ years and like working under the management they have. The restaurant served great dinner and breakfast, which makes it easy if you don't want to travel outside too much. Staff was very friendly. It's nice but not extravagant and very affordable. I would definitely stay here again, I doubt I could find anything better, and you know how hard it is to find a hotel that does things well.

Every time we drove to LA, we always stopped by OC to visit friends and family. This time we got to stay at this nice hotel after the one in Glendale a few days earlier. Plenty of parking spaces and close to all the freeways to OC area.
The hotel is quite clean and the people are quite nice. Luckily we got a room close to the side door that leads straight to our parking lot instead of walking around many hallways. This is quite a large complex.
The room is very nice and large, the shower I like with nice water pressure and the shower head is wonderful. The beds are very comfortable. My son loves the desk to play game on his laptop. Quite a few USB charger on the night table which is convenient. The bathroom is a little small but livable. The AC is great, just perfect for hot days.
The only complaint I have is to have to walk downstairs to get ice because the one upstairs always out.
It was quite a nice one night stay.
We always like to stay in a new place, but we may come back here again for next trip.

Amazing experience. We were greeted the moment we walked in, and everything was done quickly and efficiently. The entire facility is clean. The beds were pristine, and the bathroom clean with the towels, sanitary paper, and tissue folded to show attention to detail.
I frequent holiday inn, and this location is now in my top 3. Well done, and thank you for the hospitality.

Originally, i posted a 3-star review due to some unpleasant experiences on a previous stay. I returned for a 2-day stay recently and was pleasantly surprised with how all the things i disliked about my stay were the best parts of my stay this time. The hot tub was great, so was the pool. The bed was really comfortable. My rewards vouchers redeemed properly and the service was great. Way to turn a 3-star experience into a 5-star one. 👍🏽 I’ll be seeing ya next week.

We selected this hotel to hold a large board meeting in one of their conference rooms. Sales & Catering Associate Maydali Ortiz and her staff were very welcoming and accommodating, and the food was fantastic! They made sure that we were attended to throughout the day and the event was met with a round of applause. We will definitely use them again the next time we need a meeting space!

💗💗Zenaida. All staff are good good and helpful! Some stuff are worn out in the rooms. Air conditioning good. Has washer/dryer on ground floor. Has windows that can open. Room size also pretty good. Overall will recommend if you’re not too high maintenance and OCD. Housekeeping every 2 days. 16 mins drive to Disneyland.

Flawless experience here. Lobby has a nice vibe, rooms very clean with a nice big window. Staff was friendly, breakfast was tasty but not worth $18.

Upon my arrival, William at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The only issue that I had was the rooms and hallways seemed dark. It looked clean.

We stopped at this hotel on the way to Santa Fe from Denver and the staff was incredibly receptive, warm, helpful and friendly. Very good experience and very impressively run hotel that we highly recommend.

Best hotel we have stayed in near Disneyland, great service at front desk and good breakfast, if it was complimentary for everyone it would be even better, but when we arrived the front desk lady gave us some tickets to use and it was great. Also if they had more room service for cleaning it would be great too. Despite that we will definitely stay here again when coming back.

I’ve stayed in many Holiday Inns over the past 10 years and I have to say that this was one of the nicest IHG experiences I’ve ever had. When we arrived, we were greeted by the front desk person named Frank and he was so friendly. You can tell that the owners are serious about running a great operation. The hotel is extremely clean and must’ve been refreshed a while back because everything is very nice inside.
We went out to the Jacuzzi last night at the pool is warm and everything was clean. The only thing I didn’t realize how close we were to the airport but you really couldn’t hear it but you were inside.

Front desk went out of their way at check in to make us feel at home especially William and Zenaida and the General Manager Frank. The food in the restaurant is outstanding and the 10% discount on dinner or breakfast was an added incentive to eat at the hotel. I’ll definitely return to the Holiday Inn OCA the next time I’m in the area.

Great find! Recently renovated and very clean rooms with comfortable beds. Was happy to find the in-room Keurig was squeaky clean too! The staff is very friendly and check in was prompt. Though I didn’t get a chance to check it out, the hotel bar and restaurant looked very nice. The weekend was definitely lively and busy (in fact, I think they were sold out) but it got quieter on the weekdays. Will definitely remember this place for future stays.

Came down here for one of my boys soccer tournament and it was a great stay. Beds were extremely comfortable and soft which matters. Pool and jacuzzi was clean and relaxing customer service was nice and attentive. Coffee was really good and the vibe was relaxed 😎.

This location is great! Pretty central to a lot of great areas. The hotel itself is stylish and very nice. We had a room on the first floor that had its own private patio with access straight to the pool--- which we didn't get a chance to use but was a nice feature. The gym was pretty good for a hotel gym. Staff were a highlight especially Marilyn and another older gentleman whose name we didn't get a chance to get. We would definitely return to this location and recommend it.

My stay was perfect. The room was huge and clean. The bed was awesome. My complaints are that the fridge in the room is too small and the cable channels weren't great. There is a microwave for guests to use; it's on the first floor around the corner from the restaurant. I was on the top floor so there was no noise above me but this hotel was packed with large groups of youngsters and they were not quiet. I loved the fitness center, it was probably the best I've seen a hotel have. I stayed at this hotel because it was close to where I was working for the week. It is not easy to find good food nearby. Tustin was the closest but I had to take the bus to find decent food. I ate at the hotel restaurant one time; it was $15 for the buffet breakfast which I would say was equal or lesser quality than the free breakfast you get at most hotels. I didn't check out the pool or the hot tub.

I'm not sure why this hotel only has 3 stars. The staff here was SO kind reach time I interacted with them via phone and in person. The even addressed me by name. The room is spacious and clean, but the staff is top notch.
