Carlos is the man . He’s a great guy very knowledgeable and very helpful. This is the second time he helped me. First time was lil over a yr ago. He just an awesome person. I went to get an outfit for a wedding I was attending. He was able to meet all my needs from his suggestions and opinions. He made me feel special. You can’t miss him his mustache tips are curled on each end. Carlos keep be amazing you’re awesome 💯

It was great overall. The only thing I wasn't thrilled with was they wanted me to pay up front for ordering a shirt cuz they didn't have the one i wanted in my size. So I didn't order it but it's okay. I still like the store very much.

I was greeted when I walked in the door by a lovely man who helped me find exactly what I wanted. He was so welcoming that I would return to the store just to see him. My sales receipt says his name is Carlos.

Excellent place for big and tall men. Great selection and friendly staff. Only issue for me is I am not fluffy enough to find my fits. Sizes in pants start at 40 so I am still looking.

I went to this store with my boyfriend to get clothes for his upcoming interview. The associate, Travis, was A-MAZING. My boyfriend and I are very introverted people, but Travis approached us with a calm demeanor that made it easy to talk to him. He helped my boyfriend with measurements to find the write shirt and blazer, and even gave him a heads up on how the shirt may fit well on the neck, but baggy in the torso. He was right, but his honesty was refreshing. After that I felt like we could trust him. He knew when to give us space to contemplate, but yet made it known he was available for questions or help. It has been a while since I have seen great customer service like this. Clothes are great quality, but are pricy so keep that in mind.

I popped in for a couple of items and had a great experience. Michela was amazing! She made sure everything fitted perfectly and really added to our shopping experience.

April was great, she got me what I wanted. She was professional, courteous.and made sure that my shirts were waiting for me when I got there.

The customer service was amazing. The gentleman that helped me was so on the dot on what my needs were. Although I didn’t need the shirt after all I still kept it for future uses. I will go back to shop again! Keep up the amazing service that y’all provide.

Helpful staff I like the selection especially the bad bunny clothing brand I'm definitely buying a few Hoodia sweaters my next visit

This is a really big location and they have a lot of sizes and brands that you would normally see at a normal clothing store but for larger people. They had Adidas, Callaway golf, Reebok, O'Neill surf, just to name a few.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I really couldn't ask for better service. I'm bummed the location closest to my home closed down but I'll certainly make the drive out to this location for the level of service that I received.

I had been to several stores looking for the clothing I needed for an event. Stopped in DXL on the last day in the last minute. I was greeted by Dianica who assured me they had everything I needed. She measured me for a shirt and pants, I tried on both, they fit great and I was out the door in 15 min. Awesome customer service and I looked great for my event.

Vi helped me and as usual. She made it a joyful shopping experience. She found what I was looking for fast. She is the best of the best!!. Always smiling, great personality and adorable to boot. She knows her inventory and always delivers wonderful, sincere, customer service.

This DXL store was great!! I really enjoyed my time in there! The staff was super helpful and friendly and I was able to find a lot of really cool t-shirts, shoes and other items that I needed and helped make my birthday special. Thank you!! 😊

Walked in for the first time in need of a suit.
I was treated with ease, informative conversation and respect.
While I didn't find the right "fit" for my suit, I was able to find an equally impressive outfit and was helped to find the only shirts that have ever fit me perfectly without need for alterations.
THIS is now my go to store as long as Carlos and his team are there!

The lady was very helpful. My girl ordered me some pants. We picked them up. Got home. Didn't fit and they had forgot the receipt. Called them, they were more than helpful and no questions asked after we explained.

The number 1 experience l look for when l walk into a business is good customer service. The staff at this store brought it forward as soon as l stepped in the store. They were helpful and friendly throughout my shopping history experience. A wide variety and sharp selection of clothes that allows you to escape the beach-dress look of Southern California.

I am so happy that there is such a store for XL men. 95% of the time my husband is able to find what he is looking for. The staff is excellent and very helpful. It is very pricey, but I figure we are paying for quality and extra material. Big men don't have to wear tee shirts and jeans all the time, yall can be stylish too.

Great store for Ex Tall men's. However why they give military discount makes me question any stores 🤔 We served ours Country for everyone freedoms.
