Travelodge by Wyndham Orange County Airport/ Costa Mesa

I came here with very low expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised. I just needed a clean, relatively safe place to stay for 1 night and thats exactly what I got. The gentleman that checked me in at the counter was very friendly and hospitable. They do have amenities like breakfast, pool/hot tub, and a fitness center. The pool appeared to be very clean, better even than the Holiday Inn I stayed at last week

Tim has delivered outstanding customer service here! He seamlessly handled room changes while multitasking and assisting other guests with a positive and professional attitude. His dedication merits recognition, and I hope Travelodge values his hard work and considers rewarding him accordingly!

Stayed here for a week, and it was well worth it, the price was great, booked in advance and everything went just as planned. Loved the pool and hot tub area as did all my kids. The ATM in the front was very convenient, and the do have free breakfast from 6-9. I'd def come back tbh.

I had a great experience at this hotel. Matt and Kevin were both at the front desk when I checked in. They were quick professional and very nice. I felt very welcome. The rooms are very clean. The linens were crispy clean and I was very satisfied overall,

Rooms are large. Everything works great. Bed is very comfortable. The pillows are soft and fluffy. Nice blankets. Love the blackout drapes too. Love having the convenience of a microwave and mini fridge in the room. Friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

It's a budget hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. More than I expected. Spacious rooms with easy access to parking that is free. Close to restaurants and petrol station literally opposite. Shops are also here and small mall outside, nearest Wallmart 8min drive. Easy and close to highway with easy access to LA (30min) and San Diego. Don't know Orange and the local beach, as we are going to see today.

So I hadn't stayed here in quiet some time and I forgot just how much I enjoyed the stay. So long as you can get passed how loud the planes are as they fly over alllllllll day long, you will enjoy the hospitality and kindness of the entire staff. From the moment you enter the lobby and are greeted by the friendly people at the front desk, you get a real feel for the kindness and willingness to help with whatever they can. Check in is always easy and quick. The pool is dead smack in the center of the hotel with lots of pool view rooms. The vibe is very laid back and and you can enjoy yourself without having to worry about being bothered during your stay. The rooms are nothing over the top, but they are clean and equipped with toiletries a mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot. Good working hair dryers. Comfortable beds. And the housekeepers and repairmen are always close by and attentive. The management is awesome. Warm breakfast is served and parking is free. The only cons are once again the very loud planes flying over every few minutes and if your unlucky Luke me this evening you might have a night or two where you wished the individuals in the pool had respect for others at night who may be trying to sleep as they scream and yell like a bunch of young children with absolutely no regard for other guests. You are stuck dealing with the noise until 10 in the pool. Other than the few A Holes with little to no manners its a great little place to stay and play. Thank you staff for everything. I had an excellent experience. When I arrived my room was on second floor when I explained I had a bad knee getting up the stairs would be challenging I was immediately given a 1st floor room for my convenience. Location was perfect. I went for a relaxing weekend away from home n work. It was very quiet. Convenient parking right in front of my door. Close to all the necessary places...dinning downtown gasstations n freeway access..very comfortable I will definitely return as well as refer friends n family

Top notch service by both people on the front counter. Clean rooms, pool and jacuzzi are a great addition, definitely would recommend. Room had water heater issue. Ive been staying here off and on for years. But I recently had the pleasure to experience staying in one of their newly renovated rooms. WELL DONE!!! I really liked it, it almost had a VEGAS retro vibe. The attractive young lady i believe her name is Reyna at the front desk was pure delight as well. Pool is OPEN and breakfast is simple but hit the spot. Just get those ice machines working. Thanks again !!

Now this Wyndham hotel is perfect for the price. Super great staff very friendly. This place was really clean. The pool and hot tub were open. I will say this place is well insulated because you cannot hear any of the planes flying overhead. I stayed at another Wyndham resort on Monday night right next to Hooters in Costa Mesa. Please let me save you the headache the time and the discuss my how nasty that place was. This hotel is exactly 2 miles from there an extremely better than that location. Definitely stay here versus there hope this helps and have a great stay

I wasn't really happy with the 1st room I was given and the guy at the front desk was very accommodating! He actually was probably the best thing about the hotel! He gave us a new room and then the next night gave me another choice of a room! He was very funny, friendly, and outgoing! Did his job and plus! Very happy!

This hotel met my expectations.

I read a lot of reviews of the area being very sketchy and unsafe but I did not feel that way. A lot of the abandoned vehicles have been removed and I did not see many folks wandering around at night.

The room was nice and spacious, the bed very comfortable, and the climate control system was good. Everything was clean but the furniture was a bit worn and damaged but it's not the hotels fault that they had bad tenants in the past. No bed bugs which is always good.

Location is very nice and was able to get me to my work and classes at reasonable times. Plenty of parking available.

Unfortunately I did have loud neighbors but I was able to drown them out with earmuffs.

They are hiring but the staff and house keeping it doing it's best despite being undermanned.

Very pleasant as long as you get a renovated room! At first we got an old smoking room that was very disgusting. Room 151. It was very dirty, dingy, and smelled of carpet deodorizer, air freshener and cologne. No fitted sheet on the mattress, dirty pillowcases and "nasty" stuff on the headboard. They moved us to 229 and it was a night and day difference. I must say it was nice, quiet and I highly recommend this place! Excellent customer service as well!!

Diana, Joe & Rayna are all great workers at this Travelodge. Diana, Rayna & Joe are always able to accomodate our every need. Diana is the nicest & sweetest & she always asks us if we need anything everytime we check in. Diana is always smiling & laughing & has a positive energy every time! We never experience any problems & Diana always has our paperwork ready to go so we don't have to wait too long. Diana makes the checking in process super easy & stress free! Rayna is very helpful & super friendly too. Rayna always greets us with a smile & asks us how we are doing. We feel like we are treated so well & that she appreciates our business here. Rayna even helped us get a microwave inside of our room & she checks us into our favorite type of rooms that are on the 1st floor & easy to access since I am pregnant. Joe is a friendly worker too especially during late night hours. Joe helped us change our room multiple times due to minor things. For example, our room was missing a fridge & microwave & Joe offered to change our room for us quickly. It was around 12am-1am & we were very happy he was able to help us out given how late it truly was. I know at this hour on a Friday night most hotels get fully booked & it was generous of Joe to check us into a new room with a fridge & he carried a microwave to our room as well. Outstanding service from everyone! We really enjoy coming here & Joe, Rayna & Diana make it very welcoming every time we arrive they all greet us with a huge smile & positive energy! This is why we always return to this hotel & make it our favorite one to go to in Orange County.

I have been staying here once or twice a week for almost a year. If there was a problem with anything, it was always handled promptly and with a smile. Never had a problem with any kind of bugs or skin issues after my stay. Katelynn, Kevin, Diana, John, Bobbie, all the maids and maintenance guys and the early morning crew, thank you for making things a little easier to cope with when I stayed at this motel! And to Diana, thank you for your smile and having my room key ready for me when it was time to check in. You will be missed!

Top quality service great staff members that are very attentive to all your personal needs and as far as accommodations they were all met! Had a great breakfast every morning with the works and a clean room to come back to everyday! Thank you Travelodge for this wonderful experience is that me and my family received for the week we were there! I would highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a comfortable temporary stay with great, accommodations, amazing breakfast every morning, cleaning staff that leave your room immaculate and overall was treated with respect and dignity.

This hotel is great. They have an actual breakfast from 630 to 930. The staff is amazing.

The property exterior is not perfect and at first glance you might not expect the quality in the staff, but it's just a little aged it's not dirty. There isn't trash littered about. There aren't cigarette butts everywhere. There aren't random people coming and going all hours of the day.

The rooms are not plush. But they're clean. We've stayed on some hotels more expensive and have found mold in the rooms, bugs, and even paraphernalia. But never the case here.

These rooms are far better than what price we are paying, which I hate to publicly commend them on such facts for fear they'll up the prices. Truly a great stay. One you can bring the family too.

They so have shuttle servi es and car rentals, a pool and jacuzzi you can actually use right now, and great quality guest laundry servi es.
