Brenda and Sky were phenomenal. They were super friendly, helpful, and their customer service was top notch! They helped us find the right size for my husband’s wedding suit and even helped us locate specific sizes at other stores. Would absolutely recommend them for anyone needing a suit.

Our daughter is getting married at the end of June and she asked that I wear a Tux. Been about 10 years since I last rented and didn't know what to expect. My wife and I walked into the Men's Warehouse located in Orange, California, around 12:30pm on a Saturday to check out what they could offer. I was aware of their reservation system on their website, but elected to see how they handle 'walk ins' these days. We were not disappointed.

We were immediately welcomed to the store by two employees who where helping other customers. Not 20 feet into the store and we were greeted by Ella, who asked if she could help us. We explained that I needed a Tux for our daughter's wedding in Oregon at the end of June and she walked us over to the rental area of the store and asked me to scan a QR code to 'check in while she started getting things ready. I failed miserably at the 'check in' and told her that I was having problems. She immediately said no problem and entered all the necessary information in the the computer.

Ella is one of the nicest, helpful, and professional retail workers that I've encountered in a long time. She interacted with both myself and my wife to learn more about our daughter's wedding and to make sure we received the Tux that we were looking for. She was dedicated to helping me alone the entire time I was in the store (well over 30 minutes). I'm a large man and it took more than one fitting to get everything just right. She listened well and knew exactly what to grab next based on my feedback. My wife and I were very impressed with her professionalism.

Other customers, mostly young men renting a tux/suit for their Proms, appeared to be getting the same 1st rate service from the employees assisting them.

My wife and I would highly recommend the Men's Warehouse store in Orange for anyone looking personalized service and hope that you are lucky enough to run into Ella. Well done, young lady!

Had the best experience shopping for my fiance's suit and the groomsmen's suits at Men's Warehouse in Orange today. Alex helped us out and made the experience so easy and enjoyable. He was warm, friendly, and provided excellent advice when we asked for it. He set us up with everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

Best customer service! Came here after a bad experience at another Men's Warehouse and they did an amazing job. I didn't get her name but the young blonde woman was super nice and attentive to us even though it was the Friday before Easter and they were super busy. Everyone who works here had great customer service and they do a good job of not pressuring you.

I was fitted for a custom suit by Marissa and Dan back in 11/2023 for my wedding. They were incredibly professional and easy to work with, and helped me pick out all the bells and whistles per request. They easily arranged the rentals for my wedding party and were very easygoing with alterations. Then, at the same location, Alex helped my father piece a suit together that gave him a lot of confidence and made him look excellent. Also, considering that Alex towers over my father, he was incredibly patient and kind with him, which made shopping for him go so smoothly. I got my first suit when I was eight from men’s wearhouse, I got my prom suit from men’s wearhouse, and I got my wedding suit from men’s wearhouse. I’m so very glad I got my wedding suit from this location. Thank you Marissa, Alex and Dan!

Brenda at the Santa Ana location is AMAZING!! She was so patient and sweet to help both my elderly dad and teenage old son get fitted for tuxedoed for purchase. Neither of them are standards sizes and Brenda took so much time to measure, explain and wait for confirmations on what they'd like to do, all in the meanwhile with a great smile.
We went back to pickup yesterday and we're so happy to see Brenda working. The tailored tuxedo for so well on my dad, he looks fabulous!!!! 😍🤩 THANK YOU SO MUCH, BRENDA ❤

I came in to get fitted for a suit for my friend's wedding. Dan was the one who helped me out. Super professional, knowledgeable, and personable guy. They also had a new hire (I didn't catch his name) who was also easy to talk to and you'd never have guessed he was new there. Pretty solid experience with great people.

Upon entering was greeted by Dan who immediately assist with my needs. Great customer service all the way around, I couldn’t have had a better experience. I was even hesitant on buying a bow tie but he assured me he had what I needed, and for a great price. Thanks so much for an awesome experience. By the way if I could give an extra five stars for pressing my shirt. Who knew!! Thanks again!

I had a wonderful experience today at Men’s Warehouse in Orange. I came for a shirt and sports coat. I was immediately greeted by Gavin who took my size and found me my items. Marissa was also great in answering technical questions and finding another item at a different store. It was very swift and I felt taken care of. I will definitely come back and recommend this location to other!

Marissa and Gavin made my experience with getting a suit very enjoyable! They are both very knowledgeable and offer a lot of helpful insight and suggestions; Their attention to detail was Immaculate. This was probably one of the best experiences I've had when it comes to buying a suit.

Shopped at Men's warehouse in Orange a few times and I am always greeted with great customer service. Dan, Merriam and David were all great to work with. I would recommend this store to anyone shopping for a suit.

Marissa just fitted me and she was meticulous while doing so. Her explanations and suggestions for my body type was eye opening and now I know how to actually wear a suit properly now.

Her knowledge of suits is of a high caliber. I suggest her for any and all queries regarding suit wear and she is a quality employee.

We were very impressed with the manager and his associate Nicole. They were able to fix a poor measurement fit on the same day as the ceremony. They also personally delivered an item that was missing from the bag. Excellent assistance as soon as we walked in the door! Thank you Nicole!

I drive past another Men's Warehouse to go to this store. They have many of the same sales on men's dress shirts that are available online, when some stores do not. I also found this store friendlier.

I recently purchased and had a suit fitted here and the experience was good. The person that helped me presented a number of styles and options for me and I had the suit tailored to the way I wanted. I would purchase another suit from them. I also will definitely purchase more dress shirts from them.

Stopped by to get fitted and normally this procedure takes long. As soon as we walked in we’re greeted by Brenda and immediately she gets rite to it made this procedure fast and smooth I couldn’t have asked for better help as well as her associates too thank you!!

Came to find something to wear for a special event and Dan was absolutely the most friendly and helpful person I’ve encountered in a very long time. He helped me put together an outfit I loved. And it was very quick. Will come back for his help in the future.

I’m so glad I stopped by this location. Not only did I find everything I was looking for, but I got it all at a great deal under budget. The best part was Bri, who helped with my every request and gave me excellent options for dress shirts, sport coats, pants and even a tie. I went in looking for one look and ended up getting things I can mix and match to make multiple looks. I felt great in everything I tried. I could not recommend a place more highly. Hopefully you’re lucky enough to get helped by Bri too. Definitely will be coming back in with my husband to get some more things I had my eye on.
