La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Orange County Airport

Stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days and it was great better than most hotels. Kids enjoyed the pool, breakfast served in the morning was good and the staff was super friendly. Also had security patrolling the premises. If your looking for a spot not to far from Disney and cheap this it!!

👏 for wonderful Service Staff, very friendly & welcoming. The room is clean & functional. This isn't a luxury motel, but I got more than I anticipated for the price. Breakfast was okay, but more than good enough. As long as you keep your expectation in check, you will have a good time here. I will come back here to stay again 👍

5 star stay great customer service and free breakfast. The staff kept the property clean and the rooms cleans as well . Great products for hygiene all around a great stay

I have no complaints, I enjoyed my stay here and will be using this location again. The staff is very polite and always smiling. They don’t have room service come everyday, but you can request it.

I love the spot where the hotel is. The parking is really close to your room and comfortable price especially if you are taking your dog with you. Smoke-free at least during the time I was staying. Loving the farmhouse style of the rooms with the sliding bathroom doors.

This was our second stay here & it has always been a good stay. The hosts are always so nice & helpful. Our king suite was nice & big. The only thing was it smelt a lil like smoke even tho it's a smoke free place, people don't listen, & 1 of the TVs was a lil messed up but besides those 2 things always a great stay! We will definitely be back when we are in Santa Ana.

Room was clean and easy to check in. Not to many questions. Very nice and friendly staff.

IN THE PAST 10 MONTHS I HAVE STAYED AT THE LA QUINTA INN-ORANGE COUNTY AIRPORT/HOTEL TERRACE A TOTAL OF 21 TIMES, THE ROOMS ARE GREAT, CLEANLINESS AND OVERALL FUNCTIONALITY OF APPLIANCES HAVE BEEN OUTSTANDING. ( T.V OR RADIO MISSING ) A COUPLE TIMES JUST A MINOR INCONVENIENCE. THE LOCATION IS IN WALKING DISTANCE OF MANY DIFFERENT FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS ALONG WITH GAS STATIONS. ACCESS TO MAJOR FREEWAYS🛣 IS SMOOTHED . BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT ASPECT OF A GREAT HOTEL IS THE STAFF, ESPECIALLY THE FRONT DESK, WELL THIS LA QUINTA LOCATION HAS THE MOST WELCOMING EMPLOYEES, THEY ACTUAL ENJOY DOING THEIR JOB,. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY RESPECTFUL, ATTENTIVE, FRIENDLY,. I HAVE ALWAYS FELT COMFORTABLE AND WELCOMED. ALL THE STAFF IS GREAT BUT THERE IS A COUPLE STAFF MEMBERS THAT HAVE GONE OVER AND ABOVE TO GOVE ME A FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE.

Good place if you book it ONLINE. only DOWNSIDE. Is there are NO cameras in the parking area. HAD my friends car broken into in that parking lot. Just don't keep valuables in car.

Very good breakfast in the am. LOVED the size of the rooms.

The last time I came here I was so impressed me and my family were surprised how beautiful it was and it smelled so good I loved how the fact that they had soap bars to shower and the fact Is they have free coffee in the lobby it's amazing the last time I came here was in July 15 2023 and I'm coming here in June 8 I can't wait to get my mind blowned away and the customer service was the best they were so nice.

Very good value and location, despite that it is not in an ideal neighborhood. I stayed here a few times with my dog and they have pet friendly rooms on the first floor with hardwood laminate floors.

They do offer breakfast on site, just the usual cereal, pancakes, yogurt, fruit and juice type of thing.

The rooms are very nice and usually if you have one bed, you'll also get a small sectional sofa and a desk. Overall, it's really a great value for the price.

The entire experience far exceeded my expectations. The hotel was clean, the room was spacious and comfortable. We were traveling with a newly registered ESA and were nervous about the interaction at the front desk while checking in. But the staff was amazing, friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for one night on Sunday, 1/14. I really enjoyed it. The bed was comfy, room was clean, front desk was nice and helpful, and honestly very affordable. Good job.

I love all the women in the front desk, especially there attitude and fancy styles, excellent customer service every single one of them love their job. Most of the time they had smiles on their face and greeted everybody kindly. Keep up the hard work lady's.

People who work at companies help dictate the quality of the customer experience. In my case, Patricia, who works the front desk, is one such employee. She was very helpful and treated me with compassion and kindness. She knows her job very well. As for the physical hotel, it's really nice and clean. The water pressure is great, parking is convenient and I will totally stay here again sometime!

Needed a last minute reservation when accommodations at another hotel were inadequate. This is the best place on the Santa Ana Hotel Terrace strip, easy access to the airport and Disney.

Before I even checked in I needed to call and request special accommodations and the staff member was super friendly and helpful.

Rooms far nicer than expected and are very clean. Property is clean. Prices are good. Staff is absolutely amazing. I can do one video conference without anything else running, but for business, it's not enough speed for multitasking (although coverage is awesome). Need to up that bandwidth.
