Malden Station by Windsor Apartments

Buu was fantastic! Did a great job and very helpful! He was very knowledgeable and efficient! He also went above and beyond to make sure the problem was fixed.

Living here for the past 3 years has been great. Timothy has always been great to work with in any situation! Buu is fantastic as well. He's quick and always follows up on any maintenance concerns. He fixed my electrical panel after a power outage first thing in the morning. Same with (Isaac?) since he started he's been easy to work with and very quick to get back to me. But over everything the cleaning staff is a real star; she friendly and amazing at her job she keeps the entire complex looking amazing inside and out! I truly think the staff here is part of what make this building stand out. We've always felt that our concerns were met with prompt follow up actions and taken care of. We're sad to be leaving here but hopefully anyone who moves in has a equally enjoyable experience as we had.

I had the amazing pleasure of working with Jesse . As soon as I called interested in the apartments she was on it to help me . Everything went smoothly and I’m thankful the process was smooth because I know it can be tedious looking for an apartment complex that you love and want to live in. All the staff I encounter in that leasing office was 10/10 nice and smiling and respectful and friendly .

Buu, manager of maintenance, has been nothing but amazing upon our arrival here! We had a few things that needed a touch up and he was quick to come by and quick to fix. He even saw that we had a bunch of boxes from moving in, and helped us move those boxes into the trash. He is very kind and also shows us what is fixed prior to leaving. Thank you Buu!

I didn't move forward with the lease process at Malden Station but it was because I found a place closer to where I was trying to live. The 5 stars come from the experience I had with Tim, the property manager. He was so patient, knowledgeable, and overall awesome to talk with and figure out if this was a place that would work for my family and I. I appreciate his professionalism and would highly recommend anyone to go meet with him if you're interested in living at Malden Station!

buu came to repair my closet and was so great- some plastic pieces had broken and he replaced them with metal pieces in order to ensure they wouldnt break again. he was very kind and patient and explained what he was doing each step of the way. process was very quick and easy and i am very pleased with the outcome. thanks buu!

Maintenance is amazing! Especially Buu!! They are always so kind and nice and always come day of request and get the job down quick and efficiently.

Buu and Issac are a really great maintenance team. They are very prompt and teach you how to take care of your amenities while fixing them.

Buu fixed my kitchen sink well and I am very happy about his service!

I came home from work and my kitchen sink had backed up. Sink was filled with water and it had spilled all over my floor. Buu responded immediately and cleared it up. Made sure to double check it to ensure everything worked well before he left.

I recently had an issue with my AC unit and called for maintenance support. Buu, the maintenance technician, arrived quickly and did great work to diagnose the problem and even gave us a solution to prevent our problem in the future.

BUU was amazing , I’m a new resident and he came right away to fix our window and he also helped me unload my car and he took my moving boxes for me!
So appreciated of hard working employees like this! Definitely made my move in easy!
