Linh was absolutely wonderful to work with, I cannot recommend her highly enough! She is professional, efficient, and empathic. I was the administrator of my mom's estate and came to her with a somewhat complicated probate sale situation. She was very compassionate and reduced my stress immediately by outlining how she would take care of everything from beginning to end. And she did! She anticipated potential obstacles to make sure the sale would go through easily once we received an offer, she priced the condo competitively, and she began staging and showing it within a week of me agreeing to work with her. I ended up selling the condo in under 2 months. I received multiple offers and settled on an all cash offer slightly over my asking price. Linh is excellent at what she does so do yourself a favor and let her take this process over for you.

Had the opportunity to work closely with Esther Hsu from Meridox Real Estate and Mortgage for my first home purchase. She was an amazing and very professional home loan agent. I was out of the country for my initial half of the home purchasing process, but she made sure to keep me up to date with all the documentations and requirements via texts and emails. I never felt like I was missing out on any information or updates, which I really appreciate. For the latter half, my property ran into some HOA litigation issue, but she was very diligent, assertive and relentless in reaching out to the necessary people to gather all of the documents that were required in the home loan borrowing process. I was very impressed with how quickly each issue was resolved. To be honest, I was quite worried and had many concerns with the litigation as a first time home buyer, but Esther consistently reassured and explained every minor detail to my full understanding. This definitely eased all of my worries and concerns and turned a potential disaster into a positive and smooth sailing experience. She definitely went above and beyond my expectations. Where do we even begin? My husband and I have been so fortunate to have worked with Linh and her amazing Meridox Team for our home purchase when we returned to SoCal. Finding the right home in this environment is a challenge, more so when you're uprooting your entire life to move across the state! But Linh made our biggest purchase so seamless and was always there to lend her expertise, advice, and cheerfulness. From the moment we met her, we knew that she was a knowledgeable, experienced, and professional realtor who is looking out for your best interest, which are qualities we should all seek in real estate agents.

Linh listened to what we wanted in our new home, sending us multiple listings that would match our criteria, and visited each home that we toured where we've shown some interest. It still amazes me how devoted she is to her clients, wanting to see and know as much about a property before moving forward with an offer. She's also creative in her approach to working with other agents, making conversation with them frequently to see if there's any useful information that we could use to inform our decisions, and is so emotionally intelligent and shrewd in her interactions with sellers that we did not need to worry if we were putting our best foot forward - with Linh we always were. Her advice and observations on the industry are thoughtful and incisive, and so we frequently sought her opinion on next steps and items we were unsure of.

After putting in a handful of offers on multiple properties, we finally purchased our home and closed about two weeks ago with the help of Linh!! From the day we toured the property to the day we picked up our keys was 17 days, which is so quick that we had to notify the sellers of the early closing. Linh's suggestion on putting in our best and most aggressive offer worked, and our willingness to close quickly and cleanly was a major factor as to why our offer was chosen.

Linh at Meridox was introduced to us from my brother. He and his wife just started a refinance on their home and mentioned the low rates they were getting. I did not want to go through the process of another nightmare refinance as we did about 8 years ago and put the thought aside. It speaks volumes about them. Any broker can get you a great rate with a credit score of 750 of higher, but it takes a committed person to secure funding on less than desirable circumstances. Leanne Tran of Meridox was my fortuitous choice as realtor almost 11 years ago when we bought our first house, in which we still live. It was a challenging process of more than a year because we depended on a 3% FHA down payment credit, a federal and a CA State credit available to first-time home buyers for a limited time. At that time house prices were at an historical low in 2009/2010 and competition from cash buyers was fierce. I don't remember anymore how many houses we viewed during that time, but Leanne must have written well over a hundred offers that were rejected. Linh Tran helped me and my wife sell our condo and purchase a new construction home. She is extremely detailed, organized, knowledgeable, professional, responsive and timely. We loved working with her and highly recommend her. So happy we found her. With a baby onboard we didn't have a lot of extra time.
