Susan at Haute Jewels is my favorite jeweler I have ever worked with! She showed me such great personalized care and made sure I had the perfect gift ready in time for Christmas. I could not recommend her more and look forward to purchasing from her the next time I need a beautiful piece.

Haute Jewels has a spectacular and beautiful array and assortment of jewelry - one could say to fit any taste. the jewelry is made by several different artists including Susan herself. There is really something for everyone. The pieces are beautifully crafted and I found the prices to be very reasonable. Certainly worth a visit if one is shopping for that special something at this time of year!

I am a big Anna Beck fan and Haute Jewels has a great selection! Unfortunately the ring that I wanted was sold out and not being produced anymore. It matched another ring I already had. Susan went above and beyond to get me that ring, calling the Anna Beck company and convincing them to make just one more!!! She has gained a loyal customer in me. This is a great place for a guy like me needing tons of last minute jewelry buying help. There was plenty of designs to choose from so I didn't need to order anything custom. I even got the item gift wrapped.

Jewelry is nice. Customer service, however, is atrocious. I bought a necklace from Susan while I was in Reno Nevada at a flea market (?), I spent a few hundred dollars with her, and both of the necklaces need to be shipped out to me. Upon receiving both of my necklaces, one of them was damaged, I reached out to her to see about getting replacement, which was accepted with ease. However, the part that upsets me, is the lack of communication. I had reached out several times via text message Asking for updates, and they were never provided without being asked first, even though she said she would provide them to me when she got them. I was told by the owner that she would meet me in person to hand-deliver it to me, but upon asking her about that, she had said “oh well when I said that, I thought you were local”. I’m in the North Bay, she’s in the East Bay, it’s less than a 45 min drive.I was also told a few other things that did not happen.
Happy with the jewelry. 7/10

would not buy again for that sole issue.

I dropped off a ring to have re-sized and they said it would be ready Friday. I called Friday and they said it would be ready Monday. I call Monday and they said it would be ready the following Friday! What the heck..... I asked why and then they said well we're not sure if we can do it or if we can we can find out on Friday. They will give you the run around and won't provide you straight answers. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
