DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

I visited this DSW location in October and was pleasantly surprised by the great customer service. When checking out, I asked the cashier if they could honor my September birthday discount. While she was unable to do so, she offered me a better discount on my purchase and offered to validate my parking without me asking. I will definitely be shopping there again!

Such great customer service and a huge store so you'll likely find what you're looking for here. My fiancée and I came here when we were waiting to be seated at Chessecake Factory since they are all in the Galleria. When you walk into the store, you'll see a sign that face covering is required then someone will greet you when you. I was surprise by how much space this store has since it was my first time visiting this DSW location. My fiancée was looking for some heels and they even have more space toward the back with more shoes. She found a shoe she like but they didn't have it in the store so we were told to get it off their website. She found the size she wanted on their website and purchase it there. They also have hand sanitizer in the front when you walk in, but I usually carry my own so I didn't use the one there.

Good customer service and a vast selection of highly high-quality shoes at slightly discounted prices. Always hit or miss, as the selection depends on what they get. However, their choice is so large I have never failed to find the shoes I was looking for.
They didn't have my size, so Sofia helped me order one pair of Fila Women's shoes with free delivery to my home. They also validate your parking ticket.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of this store and enforcement of Covid-19 rules to maintain customer/employee safety. My daughter was able to try on shoes and finally settle on a pair of comfortable shoes. The positive experience couples with tremendous selection will certainly bring us back!

I've been shopping here for years and I'm glad they're still in business. I actually have an excellent dentist a couple doors away from DSW shoes so after I was done I strolled around in there for a little while and I can hardly wait till I get enough money to go on back in and take advantage of their wonderful shoe collection

DSW has a wide range of shoes for men and women. Some of their sizes are limited, but we were able to order the right size online and shipping was free. If the shoes don't fit, you can return them to the store instead of shipping them back.

This is my absolute go to store if you have all shoes you should donate a pair a week a week that will go towards a 10 or $20 gifts are difficult you'll be helping somebody in need for the organization soul to is all to soul or soul 4 souls or souls look it up either way come in check them out donate a pair of shoes or buy a pair shoes

DSW is to footwear what costco is to food. It's a large store with racks of shoes. Don't expect a lot of personal attention, they don't have the staff for that. But, if you know your size, and what you want, it's a great place to "get in, get at it, get it over with, and get out. "
