Havaianas

Visiting from NZ. Great selection of jandals (flip flops) and other Havaiana merchandise. Friendly staff member. Some good discounts on certain items. I got 50% off a pair of jandals. We don’t have there stores back home.

I’ve had many pairs of Havaianas for 20 years. First time they broke and only after having them for some months. I thought something was not right and took them to the store in Marina del Rey. The sales person who helped me at the store was so kind and explained to me what had happened with that batch and apparently they changed the material. Now she told me they brought it back to their original material, so she just exchange them to me. I knew something was wrong with the sandals that broke. Her name is Diana and she is a very good retail rep and on top of the situations.

Bought slippers here only 3 months ago. Right lace snapped. Paid almost 40 for these pair. Not happy with quality will not be back.

Got these less than a year ago and the toe piece broke off. I called and they said they don’t do repairs or have any type of warranty. Waste of money.

Came in Saturday at 2:00 pm and it was closed. Called in the evening and they said they would be open Sunday regular hours. Closed again ugh!
