These shoes are awesome! I bought 2 pairs and it was a life saver.
I received a lot of compliments, they aren't just confortable but they have cute styles.
People who work in the store are very friendly and helpful.

This store is very convenient, all workers are very helpful. I purchased Ugg that I have been looking for it. Super happy!

Great local shoe store! My Dad, mom and I were helped by Cameron - He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He helped my dad select a pair of new work shoes and he spent well over 30 mins helping my dad select new work shoes. I really appreciated how patient & thorough Cameron was with my dad, he did his absolutely best to find the perfect pair for him. My dad tried on close to 5 different pairs. The service is great and you can tell the employees are committed to finding the perfect shoe for your needs. Thanks again Cameron!!

Lucky Feet shoes had what I was shopping for my family’s bday and Christmas gifts without going too far. I love that they carry Hokas and Brooks. Especially, the great customer service with a smile, the professionalism I received and their patience with me.

This place was awesome I'm am so grateful for the young lady that helped me. I was in so much foot pain 😩. I forgot her name but she was patient and wouldn't stop until she knew I got the help i needed. I praise God because of lucky feet I'm much better. I even went back to purchase more product. I originally went into Lucky Feet with plantars fasciitis, I couldn’t take a step in any pair of my shoes without pain. It was the beginning of summer and I was in misery. I tried on a pair of navy blue flip flops and my pain went away immediately. I bought them and wore them to work, I wore them to work in my yard, I wore them to social events. After a couple of months they were starting to look a little shabby so I bought 2 more pair as well as walking shoes to walk my 4-5 miles a day. It has been 2-3 years since my first pair which I still wear but have added many more! I put the arch supports in my previous favorite shoes and wear those comfortably also.

What a great find, a REAL, shoe store. Old time service, even checked feet for properly size. Will certainly go back

Such a great experience! I called to hold a pair of shoes. The customer service was superb when i got there. Got a pair of Hokas and insoles. They were perfect for my Canada vacation. I was walking over 8 miles a day and the shoes and insoles gave me the best support. Definitely will be coming back for more!

I always have a great experience at the lucky feet store. My store to go to is the one in SanDimas.. always friendly helpful staff especially Samantha … she knows what I want and always ready to assist.
Since I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis I have not been able to find good shoes in other places .. it is the place to go to if you have special needs.

Excellent customer service experience here! My feet were measured and the salesperson thoroughly assessed my needs by asking pertinent questions about my feet, shoes that worked well or didn’t work well for me in the past and what my shoe needs are currently. I was given several choices in multiple styles and sizes. Enough time was allowed, more than 40 minutes, before I found my perfect shoe! The salesperson attended to me the whole time, through all the try ons and to the final decision. Best shoe shopping experience since Nordstrom!

I limped into the store with my friend who is a previous customer. . . and walked out with Cameron's recommendation for a supportive shoe and no longer in pain! I will be returning with my husband for new shoes for him and another pair for me! I highly recommend this company.

Love this place!! Second time visiting this store and couldn't be happier. Anna in the San Dimas store was so helpful. My friend had never been and his feet are so overworked. He tried on many shoes and with Anna's help (and her impeccable Spanish), she made him feel comfortable with the process and with finding just the right shoes. I found a pair of Teva sandals for myself while I was waiting and wore them all over the island of Kauai. They didn't need to be broken in cuz they were comfy right from the start!

I came here with my dad today and was helped by Aric Crowell. His business card said he is a "fit expert" and I can say that he is! My dad has short but double wide feet and instead of trying to send my dad home with a pair of ill-fitting shoes just to make a sale, he suggested going to a different brand shoe store because he thought they would carry his size. He was very informative and helpful. 👍 I'm sure if you don't have the same size shoe my dad has, they will send you home in a pair of well-fitting, comfy shoes. Service was great!
