My experience at BMW of Buena Park was outstanding because of Daniel. He sent me a text the day before my scheduled appointment. Once I arrived he greeted me immediately. Daniel got me a loaner car while my car was be serviced and updated me throughout the whole time my car was at the dealership. Daniel was kind, he had empathy for my concerns and he is a good communicator. He made me feel important and provided me with his contact information so I could schedule any future appointments with him directly. I am a loyal BMW customer because of the service level at BMW of Buena Park.

During my recent visit to BMW Buena Park service department, Andrew, my service writer, provided exceptional service that greatly exceeded my expectations. He was prompt in arranging a loaner vehicle and was very attentive, quickly addressing my needs and exploring various options for my BMW X7 that had issues.
I was particularly impressed with Tech 3422, who sent me a comprehensive 15-minute video detailing the repairs being done on my 2022 BMW X7. The video not only showed the replacement of the failed radiator pump but also included a thorough inspection of my brakes, complete with measurements and recommendations for addressing potential hazards. This level of detailed explanation and proactive service is precisely what sets Buena Park BMW apart.
Andrew's genuine care and professionalism make him a standout service writer. First time here at BMW of Buena Park. I did a lot of online shopping and research. When I first inquired, Daniel Miller, a client advisor first answered the phone and helped set up an appointment very easily. He was very friendly and polite. He followed through via text/call up to the appointment, which was a helpful reminder for me due to my busy schedule. The day I showed up he greeted me and was very professional showing me what was available, unfortunately, the car I wanted was already purchased. However, he went over other options, I felt like his approach to the sales was very thoughtful and considerate of my needs and goals. We ended up with a brand new 2024 BMW X6M Competition. A true ultimate driving machine. I also want to thank Tarik over and financing for making the process smooth and easy, he was very professional and efficient and what he does for BMW. Purchased a used X5 from BMW of Buena Park last week. I have a bit of a phobia with going to car dealerships and was dreading the experience.
Edwin greeted me and was helpful and friendly with showing the car I wanted to buy.
Danny processed my loan and did an excellent job of providing options that worked for me.
No BS fees were applied. I know some dealerships are big in taking advantage of their customers, but the price I saw was the price that I paid. I really appreciated that.
I'll definitely be looking to shop at BMW Buena Park if I am looking for another BMW in the future!

When I came to BMW of Buena Park, I was helped my client advisor Samantha Hernandez, who was kind enough to assist me on such short notice. She was welcoming and patient. She was able to address any concerns I had and found solutions that helped make my decision in buying a car easier. She was very supportive and allowed me the space and time to think things over. Excellent experience!! My first BMW (i4) after test drying one 37 years ago (87 M3) -- Veronica was able to get me fantastic deal and Michael was more than patient and ran in the background trying to coordinate the sale. Michael didn't let me leave until the car was fully detailed, charged and all of the functions were fully explained. Great follow up later as well. Would certainly buy again. Thank you guys!

Recently just visited BMW of Buena Park and bought my second lease from this dealership. I’ve had nothing but a pleasant experience both times. Jodi, the sales consultant was a great help in my application process and answered all my questions. Not to mention the finance team, who did everything they can to work with me in getting me into A brand new car. I’m so happy with the choice I made. I highly recommend visiting this dealership if you are car shopping. The staff is extremely helpful and will do what they can to work with you.

I loved the friendly atmosphere and services. I had amazing discounts and courtesy package added to purchasing my new 2025 x5. It was very generous of them. When I had my vehicle delivered to my home, I was stunned by the agent explaining functionality of my vehicle one at a time. He literally spend more than 2 hours explaining details about my car and putting it together and setting it for me.

Today was a great day. Let me tell you all why! I found a beautiful pre-owned vehicle in my price range and now I own it! Went on over to Buena Park BMW and was immediately greeted by Sean Jelvani. He was able to help me out right away find my vehicle with no time wasted! Sean’s energy is just unmatched he seemed to be as excited as I was! He was there for any accommodations that I needed. I’ve been to quite a few dealerships that make buying a car more on the transactional side and just push to get your money. Here Sean Jelvani made it more personable. Sean gave us the “family member” treatment. He didn’t rush us into anything, gave us the breakdown of everything and when we were waiting on the bank, he treated us to some food!! YES FOOD!! I know that’s not always the case but man I felt at home here! This made the car buying process so much better and I felt relaxed! I know I’d definitely be coming back maybe just to even visit. David Castillo was an amazing Consultant. It has been a while since I've had such a good rapport with any customer service agent period! David, made sure I was aware of what was needed and educated me when I didn't understand the service, in such a friendly way and not being pushy about it. The attention to detail was superb. I just bought the 2024bmw X5 50e from here. The sales staff here are very enthusiastic and professional, answering various questions and helping me familiarize myself with the performance and control of the new car. The sales team is also very willing to discuss the sales price with me. , I bought a new car as I wished. Very good deal. Very happy, thank you very much to the sales assistants for their efforts. Came here for scheduled service and everything moved very smoothly. My Service Advisor, Victoria, was so friendly and checked in with me constantly regarding when my car would be finished as I had to leave by by a certain time. Like the other two BMW service centers I have been to, there was a bit of a line, even at 8:30 on a Saturday morning. Still, I liked that it was just a single line and they kept the line moving. This service center is not the closest to my house and therefore a bit of an inconvenience to come to. However, I may consider coming here in the future due to the level of service that I received.

Walked in and got my first oil change done here while I traveled from AZ to CA. The dealership is smaller than the usual BMW dealerships I have visited but the service was pretty good, only thing they don’t offer are loaners to walk in customers. This is the only thing they need to improve, having 3 dealerships I have taken my cars to in the Phoenix area, they have all provided equivalent loaners to my car. But no big deal, I had the oil change done and the car back within 2 hrs.

Hi, this is for the service department. Juan Carlos has been my service advisor for the past 3 years since I’ve bought my vehicle. Hands down he is the best. He’s always helpfully and knowledgeable. If anyone deserves a bonus of some sort most definitely has to go to Juan Carlos, maybe even promote him with a higher title in the service department. I will continue to bring my car for service to BMW of Buena Park.

I worked with Michael Thomas on the purchase of a used Subaru Outback and couldn’t be happier! I had found the vehicle on CarFax and when I inquired I was completely honest and told him I wasn’t ready to purchase right away. He asked if he could give me price updates to which I said yes, and after over a month I was ready to work out a deal. I asked for his out the door price, and it was exactly what I was presented with in finance. Absolutely no surprises in the process of purchasing my vehicle.
