I ordered a dress for my daughters prom, I accidently ordered the wrong size so I emailed them and they were great, they put my order on a short hold whilst they sorted the right size for me. I had this dress shipped to the UK, there were a few problems with delivery as the courier charged me shipping tax which I had already paid with the dress shop, I emailed them and again they refunded this for me very swiftly. Communication has been fantastic, they sorted the issues I had with efficiency. The dress itself is beautiful, great quality, my daughter is very excited to wear it to her prom. I was apprehensive to order from here, as I had never heard of this website before and I always use caution when ordering anything online, especially from familar sites. I am usually weary of online shopping for such a big occasion such as a wedding. However, I ordered two black gowns for my grandmother. When they arrived (within 2 weeks) the size was a bit large, however we were impressed by not just the packaging but the QUALITY of the dresses. VERY HIGH QUALITY. I have never been so impressed by an online store. Not even the big department ones. I saw that as a great sign as far as future purchased which I will soon order for my mother and maybe if I need one haha. The return policy and procedure it very simple. The exchange is easy as well and you even have the option of getting the new one even before sending in the one you have to see which is a better fit. DEFINITELY recommend and will buy more from here.

When I tell you the dress I got was everything!! It was exactly as pictured! I was in a crunch to buy a wedding dress with getting engaged and settling on a date to get married only 2 months after the engagement, I needed a dress. I didn’t want to spend thousands of dollars but wanted a dress that was nice. This dress met all my expectations and more. When I went to have my hem altered the ladies there were so impressed with this dress and could not believe I got it at the price I did or that I bought it online. I ordered a dress for a Gala that I am attending. The dress arrived at the scheduled time. The dress itself is gorgeous....prettier that the picture! It fits true to the sizing for their dresses (don't go by your regular size, make sure you check their measurements. I was a few sizes bigger than my normal size, so I ordered accordingly). I do need to get it hemmed, but that is because I am short, has nothing to do with the dress itself. Overall, I am please with my purchase and will definitely order from The Dress Outlet again should I need a dress!

Absolutely Beautiful dress I wore it for my son's wedding and got so much compliments about my dress ..it wss3a bit big but had it adjusted and it fit perfectly I added a broach at the center of the top for a little bling.. Edited: they reach out and finally refunded the entire purchase after much frustration. It may have taken awhile but I’m glad it was taken care of.

My dress broke in every single clip within 30 minutes of a black tie affair I returned it requesting a full refund due to it being completely ruined and ruining my night and they ignored it completely giving me a store credit and are refusing to respond to any messages knowing this dress was a complete waste. DO NOT waste your time with this company.

I originally saw and tried on the jumpsuit I purchased at a local bridal store. I just wouldn’t pay the price they were asking. They offered to reduce the price $100, but I still thought it was too pricey. I took the brand and style with me to search the internet. When this site appeared with the identical item, I was thrilled to see it was $145 less than the last offer at the bridal salon. The order arrived quickly and was exactly what I expected. You have to order online and choose pick up or delivery. We ordered that morning hoping to be able to pickup as soon as possible. We were welcomed in and got a beautiful dress for my mother. They even let her try it on. the dress is great quality fabric and looked exactly like in the photo online! We were very happy with our purchase! Thank you for the great dress buying experience!!!

My package was packed with care and shipped promptly. The outfit fits well and I'm excited for the wedding. Only downside is I think I paid for a return shipping label and it wasn't in the package.

The Dress I ordered is just as pictured and it's true to size. It was packaged securely, arrived without wrinkles, and the carrier left it in a safe location.

I have been looking for the perfect evening gown for one of the Formal Nights on a cruise.
I found this company (The Dress Outlet) and was able to find the most amazing gown.
I ordered it in two sizes. I planned on returning the size that didn't fit.
They *send* your order about a week after your order date. They ship it to you on a hanger, covered in plastic, and carefully placed in a UPS box. They go all out to protect your investment.
Once shipped, it only takes a few days to arrive.
To return the gown, I went to their website and found the "to begin a return" link. They charged me for the return label, plus a restocking fee. Together, those two costs came almost $50, so be sure about the style and size before you order.
The gowns are *very well* made. The workmanship is the best.
This company has great customer service. I was able to communicate with staff members throughout the process. They were always quick to respond and always kind.
Once you drop your return off to ship back, it takes about 10 days before your account is refunded, so don't panic. Keep a copy of the tracking USPS number.
I highly recommend this company. Just use wisdom, and be sure about your size. :)
