Great Dr. He’s very friendly and knowledgeable. My whole family has gone to see him and he’s taken great care of all of us. He’s very gentle and great at making sure there is little to no scarring.

I recently visited Dr. Chuang after many other consultations and can definitely say I finally found someone who was willing to sit down and address my skin concerns as well as thoroughly answer each of my questions. The front desk was extremely understanding of my concerns relating to my insurance and helpful in helping to resolve them. Overall, I had a very pleasant visit thanks to the caring and friendly staff and will definitely be back soon.

Dr Chang is an amazingly talented physician. Anyone who visits this practice will be very happy.

Dr. Chuang and his staff are amazingly genuine and heartfelt people that care about your recovery. Having had a few serious burns due to another Dr.’s malpractice, I was fearful to let another Dr. work on those areas but Dr. Chuang was always understanding, personable, and professional. Definitely a very safe feeling environment.

I had dozens of skin tags and Dr. Chuang got all of them in one sitting. Never felt a thing and they all healed up perfectly. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Everything was explained up front and I understood the clinical and financial aspects of my visit well in advance. All went as planned. If I had kept the receipt for my skin genes, I would have returned them. Good thing I found Dr. Chuang . . .

This is my second visit. Office atmosphere is professional and staff courteous, pleasant and friendly. Appointments are prompt. Based so far on one treatment I've received, the results were effective. Dr Chuang takes the time to explain what he is going to do and what to expect. This helps to put one at ease.

Dr. Chuang and his office staff are very polite and easy to talk to. I also very much appreciated that while I had made an appointment for myself, they also squeezed in my son who also had some dermatological issues. The office is bright, clean and all are very professional. I would recommend and a big thank you to Dr. Chuang and his team!

Such an Awesome experience. The receptionist/administrative assistant was Great! She was courteous, knowledgable, and thorough. I was not rushed when filing out my paper work and she answered all of my questions. The atmosphere was Great! Dr. Chuang also met my expectations. I selected his practice based off of previous reviews from multiple sites. His customer service, expertise, and care all reign Supreme in my book. He definitely has a new patient, who is not in network, btw. So, he is truly worth the drive (over an hour) and my money! Thanks, Dr. Chuang!

I had an exceptional experience visiting the Ivy dermatology and was amazed by their warm welcome and professional treatment. The staff are kind, helpful and efficient. Unlike old school medical office, the office is very modern and technological. Dr.Chuang is very professional and knowledgeable which made the visit very pleasant. I was referred to this office by one of my friend (also their patient) and she highly recommended Dr.Chuang, which at first I was a little doubtful but after my own experience I had to give them 5 stars.

Dr. Chuang and his nurse Christie were amazing. They were very thorough and patient. They took the time to listen to and address all my acne concerns. I really enjoyed my experience with them and highly recommend Dr. Chuang to anyone in need of a derm!

I met doctor Gary Chung, after a horrible and traumatic experience with another Dermatologist .., who failed to diagnose my skin cancer. And thank GOD for doctor Chung that helped me in that process and everything turned WONDERFUL!!! Very professional, respectful, honest, highly quality staff! I would recommend him 100%. Dr. Chuang is a great dermatologist. I happened to have what I thought was a bug bite on my hip, and went to him because of the issue. Extremely red and painful, and when I went to him he immediately saw that it was a worse condition, specifically MRSA. He put me on antibiotics, and checked up on me throughout the week to make sure I was responding well to the treatment. He's a doctor that cares about his patients. Thanks Dr. Chuang, you're the best.

Dr. Chuang is very helpful and knowledgeable. He gives you great advice to fix what you're worried about and does so in a quick manner so you're not stuck in a clinic all day. They are very flexible with scheduling as well

I went to Dr. Chuang for acne treatment. He is one of the most empathetic and patient doctors I’ve been to. Took the time to understand the history, discussed options, and guided me to the right treatment.

Dr. Chuang is an amazing dermatologist. I've had a rash on my lower back for several months now and I tried everything to get rid of it. I visited several other dermatologists that gave me different types of creams that were not effective. I visited Dr. Chuang once and he prescribed medication that resolved my rash immediately! I'm so impressed by his knowledge. Also, he is super nice!

Among all brown spots laser treatments I had, Dr. Chuang's is the absolute best! He doesn't mess around! I am so happy for the result and excited for my future visits.
