Great place to find a leather item for your wardrobe. The store worker was welcoming and helpful. It felt like you’ve been taken care of.

I found a perfect leather belt that also had a decent discount and it was packaged nicely as well. Would come here again.

Great shop, the staff is very knowledgeable about their product and will help you find whatever you are looking for. There products are some of the best bang for buck, not cheap, but not excessively expensive. The best part is, they last, and last. Great shoes.

The man who helped me today, Colin Tidwell (assistant store manager), was extremely kind, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and patient. Absolutely no pressure or judgement and made what is usually a stressful experience super enjoyable.

I worked with Colin Tidwell. I was in a press for time, as I have an event in three days and the shoes I wanted were discontinued. Colin arranged shipping to ensure they arrived on time, and then - with ZERO prompting from me (I'd already left the store when I found out) - upgraded the shipping to two-day just to ensure they'd actually be here for my event. An absolute ACE of customer service - extremely personable and terrific to chat with - EXACTLY the person you hope you'll run into in a retail environment. I have had many pair of AE shoes over the past 15 years, and I have loved every pair. Their customer service both in-store and online are simply amazing. The ability to restore your shoes rather than buy again is also really nice, and I have done that several times. In the end, I can HIGHLY recommend AE shoes, and their retail location in Century City. Did I mention I hate retail shopping? I hate retail shopping. This... ...this was an absolute pleasure.

Here to visit LA from Europe, I didn’t bring any dress shoes with me but had a special occasion coming up. After checking out various stores (Men’s Warehouse, Macy’s, Nordstrom, …) I almost gave up.
I was very dissatisfied with the quality (known fashion brands) had to offer. Man made leather, squishy foam soles, synthetic materials, … more or less sneakers in dress shoe style. See, I’m willing to spend more on a quality leather shoe, rather than $150 on polished plastic leather that only last so long.

After taking one last trip online I came across Allen Edmonds. So I went there to checkout their store in person. After entering you can smell the leather right away. The dress shoes look fantastic and you can feel the quality.
The guys working there were very friendly and gave me plenty of time to check out the selection. As I asked to try one pair and Henry took very good care of me. He made sure we’ll find the right size and shoe after measuring my foot and going through different models. Plus during the whole process I had a great conversation with him! And after finally ending up with the right pair for me Henry offered to lace the shoes in a more fancy way and gave them a final polish. Thank you very much Henry!

I’m aware the shoes have their price. And that price ain’t cheap. But it is more than a shoe. It is an experience. And additionally, I expect to have that pair for a very long time. It’s an investment that will pay off in the long run.

If you don’t care about material, where it’s made, and you are willing to spend money continuously replacing your dress shoes every now and then, this is probably not the right place for you.

But if you are looking for quality and service this is a great American made shoe brand that I highly recommend!

Great experience today at the Century City store. I recently made a direct online purchase of the Wanderer Comfort Shoe, but unfortunately found the laces too short. I brought the shoes into the store and expected to have to give a long- winded account. No need. Assistant manager Colin Tidwell took care of the problem immediately. I appreciate the first class customer service as much I do the shoes. I own many pairs of Allen Edmonds. In the future, the Century City store will be my first stop.

So I initially walked in to buy one pair of boots but somehow ended up spending a bit more than expected on a few more items.
Customer service is OUTSTANDING. Henry and Colin were tremendously courteous, patient, and helpful. I usually shop from their website but the in-store experience is really something else. Will be back ❤

Great store with great salesperson. I would recommend Colin for his knowledge and great patience. Not only he educated me in a gentlemen way but he went above and beyond to make sure I would find the perfect fit for my weirdly shape feet.

Dylan is an amazing person to work with. When my husband needed a very particular shoe size, he went out of his way to find it for us and to ensure the perfect fit. Now the shoes are one of my husbands favorite! We have been back and will be back again.

This is the only place I buy shoes for the last few years. Quality of product is second to none. It is worth the price, you will not second guess any purchase.

Alex was super helpful in getting me the right fit really quickly - no mean feat considering how hard it is for me to find shoes that fit most of the time.

Good shoe selection, very nice service. Sale prices were excellent.

Called in to get info about stock. Instead of telling me they're out and hanging up, Alex went out of his way to check other stores, website, and even getting info about when they expect more stock to come in. Easiest over the phone purchase I've made.
