I was going to overlook this doctor's horrible bedside manner (condescending, cold, unfriendly, curt, unhelpful) to get my annual skin check, but he has rescheduled my follow up appointment twice now (which I booked a year in advance) and now the earliest they are able to reschedule me is in JULY of 2024, which is nine months from now. I let them know they've lost a client but they don't seem to care.

Never before have I interacted with a less helpful doctor / dermatologist. It was a complete waste of time to come here. I highly recommend you go anywhere else, especially considering Dr. Gutierrez isn’t equipped to perform a vast majority of typical dermatological services.

He was very dismissive and only seemed to care about money and how much he could get from the insurance company to evaluate if patient care was worth his while. I’m not making this up. This is legit what he said to me. What a joke of a doctor.
