They have instant credit packages too, I was able to get qualified and purchase my wheels and tires in a matter of minutes. The sales team was great and I got my shipment delivered earlier than expected. I would recommend to all! Great customer service! A+

This company is awesome! Sales reps are very helpful as to what wheels are available to fit on my cars bolt pattern. They let me know the wheel would come in from another warehouse but they can have them in 3 days. Customer service was very helpful, will definitely be buying all the wheels and tires from them!

Ordered Toyo Proxe tires and had a excellent customer service rep with Veronica Carillon. It was so simple start to finish. I had extremely fast shipping, easy tracking and on time delivery with constant updates.

I needed one tire to match 3 on my X5, but it had been discontinued in my size. They had the last one, maybe in the country. I called to confirm they had it. They stayed in touch with me for the next day or so while they hunted it down in a warehouse. Contacted me as soon as they had it and it should be to me shortly. Fantastic service. Thank you!

They have a large selection, their prices are more than competitive, and they have a full staff of installers and sales staff. The only reason they got 5 stars cause of Fred tried his best to help fit the rim that was cut wrong for my suv. I did want to semd them back cause I like them fedx bend one wheel but Fred work hard with me!!

Great sirvice!

Inital buying expierance was great, got phone calls with updates until they were in the mail. Sadly when the tires and wheels shipped, which i had them mount and balance. The center caps and lug nuts and wheels locks were forgotten about. It happens, it was an inconvenience at most. So the center caps were delivered, but still no lug nuts. I checked the tracking, package was damaged and delivery wont be able to be completed. This was friday, 2 1/2 weeks after recieveing my wheels and tires. I called yesterday and told them the problem. They called FedEx and talked to them. So today i call back to see what was going on, and nicely asked if there was any way the lug nuts could be 2-3day mailed, they expedited the most recent set and i couldnt be happier. The customer service and buying expierence was great, aside from the lug nut issue which was handled great.

Just avoid buying from this company at all cost. There are thousands of other wheel and tire shops to purchase from online. Save yourself the time, money (even if another company changes a little more) and drama. The representatives were very unprofessional and unhelpful. I was hung up on a few times trying to resolve my long distance issue from an order placed online. I was sent incorrect wheel fitment. Company wouldn’t return the wheels because they stated that even though the wheel fitment was incorrect they would still “fit” and they had been mounted... keep in mind I attempted to return them before even taking them out of the box when I saw the wheel fitment was wrong, but manager insisted they would fit correctly despite that and stated because of that they wouldn’t accept return, even with docking the restock fee. Stuck with wheels that are unsafe, with or without spacers.

At all costs do yourself a favor and DO NOT PURCHASE from this sham of a company. This company makes their bread and butter off UP charging on shipping and handling for their financed customers. READ THE FINE PRINT ON YOUR CONTRACTS DO NOT PAY HIS S&H

Progressive does not make any money off you but it is this company who exploits their customers and charges them ridiculous amounts for S&H

The price of my tires were $1443 dollars and I was billed by them to Progressive for $1799. Joe Khoury and Olivia are terrible at customer service. I spoke with Joe several times about my order that was placed on the 11th of Nov and he stopped communicating once I told him I would not sign for the tires. Then his wife sent me the response you see in the pics included.

I did not receive my merchandise until December 2nd, but was charged $360 shipping from this bogus company.

I spoke with Joe and he personally admitted to me the tires did not ship on time because it was a warehouse workers fault. Yet asking for a refund on shipping and handling seemed out of the question to him (that is because he would have to kiss his profits gone)

However originally the tires were to ship from California, then Utah, and finally they did from Connecticut. When they did ship I never received all four tires at once since they are incompetent on how to pack items as well. The labels were ripped up and not legible.

I am following up with the Better Business Bureau and California Chamber of Commerce to complain as far up the ladder as I can.

Formal complaints were filed with FedEx and Progressive financing as well.

This place will not be around in 10 years, and it will be NOT because people stop buying tires.

BUYER BEWARE SCAM
We ordered tires which were available online, a week later no tires. we called spoke with a female which had horrible customer service stated not available ( although online has as of available)mind you they had already taken the $ from our account, she would not allow us to speak with a supervisor or manager so again we waited 2 weeks later no tires called again spoke with same female transferred to a make which neither one would give their names. Had I not heard the way this person spoke to my husband I wouldn't believe it he cursed told him he had a bad attitude and that the tires had been there for a couple of days but would not deliver at this point because of our attitude and would refund our $ cursed once again hung up and would not answer our calls(caller id) I stead of apologies and customer service to our understandable frustration this is how they handle a customer in which they failed. He was upset because we asked why hadn't the tires been sitting there for days and not delivered why did we have to call a week later for them to order them and y did we have to call to get them delivered that's your job not ours. So be upset if a customer has to tell you DO YOUR JOB! BUYER BEWARE SCAM NO REFUND MOR TIRES AS OF YET WILL KEEP POSTED OF THE END RESULT.

Have ordered from this guys twice but this will be the last time ordered 22” tires with snap finance. All snap finance charges is your total amount plus 39.00 fee. Went online to see the tires they were gonna be 669 with shipping and everything. I called them did order throught phone everything went fine i got my lease agreement of 873 dollars shipping was gonna be 95 bucks online but when i recieved my lease on the reciept they provided i have a total of 168.92 freight fee plus 125.90 handling fee thats a total of 294 more. Speaked with joe he tried helped me out everything went fine with him. But later put me on the phone with someone else and he told me snap charges more fees blah blah. I know how they work. Will be my last time i buy something from here. BEWARE!!!!
