Quick Shipping, had exactly what I needed

I purchased ram on amazon and found out I could purchase from Aeon locally for will call. They quoted me a price after telling me to return the ram to amazon and buy direct from them for a better price since they wouldn't have to pay amazon fees. I called back to place the order and they increased the price, then the manager got on the phone as I tried to explain the situation and he said it's his business and hung up on me. They obviously don't understand the concept of customer service and they increased the price. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy.

month is no reply, money was received for the goods, the goods did not return. Who knows this man ?! Scott Sayers ?
