I always have the best experience at this office. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Dr. Rachel Lau is the best!! She is very friendly, knowledgeable, and always answers all my questions. She is the only doctor I trust when it comes to my skin/acne problems. I highly recommend her and this office.

Everyone is very kind and helpful.
And the visit was really fast. I like the professionalism from the doctor to the nurses .
Would definitely refer this establishment to everyone I know.

Top quality care. The desk staff worked very hard to get my daughter and I in as soon as they could since both of us were dealing with some recent skin issues. They got both of us in within the week and the care we received from Dr. Melissa was top notch. Highly recommend.

Amazing visit with Dr. Blumenstrauch! I’ve never been to a dermatologist in my life until today, I can’t believe I waited 61 years! Such a nice man and immediately worked on my issues. 35 years I’ve been living with annoying little bumps on my face and he just froze them all off less than 10 minutes. I recommend this office for everyone!

Dr Blumenstrauch is wonderful Very knowledgeable and Professional and his staff are super friendly and helpful. They also take care of their office. Everything is very clean. Always a pleasant experience

Love this place! Very friendly staff, never a wait and Melissa Maurer is awesome! She is thorough, makes me feel very comfortable. I never feel like she's in a rush when I ask questions, like I do in most Dr. offices. I highly recommend California Skin Institute!!

Office is very clean and inviting. Staff were very quick to help me and were very nice! Know this is not always the case for any doctor appointment, but I arrived early and was seen early and checked out a minute before my actual appointment time!

Melissa was awesome. Couple of biopsies no pain at all. Froze off some suspects no pain. She performed magic.. I missed my appointment the day before, I suffer from OLD, and the staff was awesome. Found an opening and as I said above it was all good. Parking was reasonable and easy to find. 5+ stars from me.

Just had my first complete body check for skin cancer with Melissa at the Calif Skin institute. Very nice and friendly office vibe. Melissa was professional, informative and has a great personality. I will now be coming here annually and would definitely recommend this dermatology office.

Dr Blumenstrauch and staff were very friendly and made going to the doctors a pleasant experience. He offers you tea or coffee and makes an unpleasant procedure a tolerable one with his sparkling personality and sense of humor. He makes you feel heard and not rushed to get to the next patient. I would recommend the California Skin Institute highly.

My first appointment went extremely well! From the front desk check in, to the medical assistant, and to my appointment with Dr. Ritter, everyone was kind and friendly. Dr. Ritter was attentive and gave me great direction to target my acne issues. Glad I came here!

Always such a pleasant time at this establishment!!! Rachel Lau is by far the sweetest; yet thorough and professional with so much knowledge and is so great at what she does! The staff is friendly and the office is redone for a modern look! :)

Highly recommend!!!! Friendly staff when you make your appt. Waited less than 5 min for the assistant to get me in a room. Dr came in right after that. Got my issues taken care off and out the door in less than 30 min. When my friends ask about skin care, my wife always recommend Calif Skin Care!
