Terry LaRoche and her team did an amazing job in successfully selling our probate properties quickly and at a competitive price. As a New Jersey resident and the administrator of my brother’s estate we had to sell his three Los Angeles properties. California real estate sales and the probate process is complicated and significantly different from New Jersey’s processes, so we choose the LaRoche team because of its track record of high sales volume, probate expertise and professionalism. Our properties needed a lot of repair work and general clean out. The LaRoche team provided quality contractors and personally supervised all the work onsite. Even though we were in New Jersey we were able to be completely engaged with the decision making process through daily communication with the LaRoche team through photos and videos of the progress. Any problems big or small were quickly addressed. Terry was always available to answer questions and had the resources and knowledge to handle all issues efficiently, including tenant issues. My experience with the LaRoche Team was excellent. The condominium in the estate I was charged with administering was rapidly headed for foreclosure and had been owned by a hoarder. Terry and Steve LaRoche efficiently and quickly cleaned the property up inside and out, attending to all the details, even the smallest ones such as installing missing carbon monoxide detectors. Terry and team were very professional from start to finish. When I needed to talk to Terry or the team they were very responsive to my calls which resulted in very little wait times, if any at all. They were on top of everything which minimized stress on my end. The LaRoche's vendor contacts for home improvements was very responsive and on top of the issues at hand. No complaints at all with the outstanding work they did on the home improvements and keeping costs down. When my father passed away my siblings and I were dealing with the pain of loosing our second parent on account that our mother had also passed away 3 years prior. I live in East Coast and LaRoche team made it so easy to sell my Mothers house Santa Fe Springs. With there team of experts they got every thing done! Got locksmith, someone to open a safe and helped bring guns to turners gun store at no charge! Prepped the house to get it ready to sell and even went to the house when the police were called out for a squatter tried to say that he owned the house. I can’t say enough about how much they helped my family out! I am a Veteran and the respect they show me was outstanding. Upon my brother’s passing I was receiving multiple telephone calls and r mail from one realtor after another. These realtors were trying to tell me all the reasons they should be “the one” who could do an outstanding job in selling the property.

The LaRoche Team is amazing! When I bought my condo there was a HUGE ball drop by the escrow officer that the sellers chose! The error would have cost me a lot of money even though it wasn’t our fault. I was frantic and pretty much hysterical. Terry immediately got on it and fought for me! She was able to make sure that the escrow company paid for their mistake and still got the purchased closed on time! I’m so glad she was representing me and went to bat for me!
