Had a really good customer experience today. Was originally working with McKenna BMW, but they do not appear to give two sh*ts about following up or taking care of customers. Stopped in at LB BMW and met with Jorge S. Great dude, assisted me with looking at a few vehicles, ended up working out a sweet deal for a used 2021 X1. I am very happy with the entire team, in and out in less than 3hrs. 🤙 Thanks again, and I'm looking forward to doing business in the future.

Anyone that wants excellent service while trying to find the right BMW please visit Long Beach BMW and make sure to ask for Jorge Solis!! I called before hand to see if the car was available he immediately let me know that the car was available. About 15 minutes later he sent me a text saying that the car was ready for viewing also snapped a photo of the car with a tag in the windshield that had my name on it( very pleasant surprise ) he made me a my family feel very comfortable. 10/10 customer service!!! I am driving out with my new car extremely satisfied with the quality of service I received!

Truly an excellent experience buying a car. Did a custom order with Pik Lee and he was as straightforward and honest as could be and extremely helpful and patient with my many questions throughout the process. Never had anywhere as close to this good of an experience buying a car before. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Jorge solis was amazing at helping me get my m3 competition off the show room. He was patient and gave us 100% of his attention at all times. Easily a 10/10 service from him. He also helped us with a test drive and even buying a m850i as well the same day.

I came to look at a used vehicle, just look, maybe test drive as I had beach plans with my kids. I inquired about a vehicle online, the return phone call was courteous and the hand off at the dealership was received with friendly expedited service. The staff were all friendly. I could even tell it seems like a great work environment as they were even courteous to their own coworkers including EVS. The vehicle was in great condition and the dealership even made some repairs to ensure quality. My kids enjoyed the delicious hot chocolate. Needless to say, the deal was great and I ended up purchasing the vehicle without my husband there. They let me park my car there as I drove to the beach in my new car with my kids. I hope to return and buy a BMW 5 series one day. Thank you for a great car buying experience.

What can I say. My experience at Long Beach. BMW was absolutely amazing right at home with the amazing team they have on board. I was in and out in a jiffy and had the best service. I had the greatest experience I could have possibly hoped for at Long Beach BMW yesterday. The salesman helping me was ANDY. If there is anyone I can recommend any of you to work with, it is him! I arrived with high hopes, and was not disappointed. He got me an amazing deal on a brand new BMW I had been eyeing for a while. [BMW 320i] I had a wonderful experience here with Jorge Solis. He was incredibly patient and helpful along with some of the closers and additional sales team members. Just when i thought i would have to come back the following day to finish up paper work, he insisted I go ahead and drive off the lot. The bank closed and wouldnt be able to finish 'til following day, but we had little remainging; i was completely surprised. I didnt have to haggle or have dredd taking home a lemon like my previous vehicle from jims auto. LB_BMW clearly would rather have good satisfied customers, as opposed to trying to take advangage. I plan on coming back for future vehicles and hope to deal with Jorge Solis again. Im absolutely content and still excited about my purchase & total experience 10/10 🙏

I just bought a BMW 750i at BMW Long Beach last month and I was happy and impressed by the service and attentive care from Pik Lee. During the test drive, Pik found out there was an issue with the AC since the car was cool enough when it was hot outside. Even we decided to buy the car that day but Pik told us he needed to have the car fixed properly with OEM part before the final delivery. We have waited for 2 weeks before we came to drive the car but Pik kept updating me the status almost daily. I am really happy with the car and enjoy driving it every day. I would recommend Pik to any new customer with your future BMW purchase.

Went to the Long Beach as the first dealership to shop for an BMW iX thinking might not be lucky for them to have any in stock so when i went in the sales told me it wasnt available but i was being persistent about it and asked him to double check for me. To my surprise, he found one and its a white colored one (my fav color). My sales rep’s name was Sami and i think its fate that he was assigned to me as my sales rep. He made the transaction happen and i was extremely happy because i didnt have to go around to shop at other dealerships. Great customer service!!!

The sales associate who help my wife and I ANDY and Supervisor ALI from BMW of Long Beach were very patient took my wife and I through a stress free process were friendly answers all of our questions didn’t smother us explained the car in full details and allowed us to test out and experience the full joy, gave us space in our decision making without pressuring us at all. My wife and I both had mid 500 credit score and ANDY worked with the bank to drive away with $0 the same day with a 2020 330i BMW, I was extremely impressed and at the end of the day my wife and I left completely satisfied. ANDY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB with his presentation I would recommend anyone to BMW of Long Beach for their next or new car purchase, I WILL MOST DEFINITELY BE BACK FOR FUTURE CAR PURCHASES.
