Jata Properties

We lived in one of the Jata Property apartment complex for about 4 years. Our experience was excellent. They take good care of their complex. Inside of our apartment was very nice with some upgrades it was one of the reason why we decided to live in it. Hardly had any issues, but when I did management took care of them right away. Rent was the best value in the area. They take good care of their tenants so people tend to stay a long time.

My son and I are blessed to live in our apartment. It was presented to us clean and in working order. Any requested repairs have been addressed promptly. The property is well-kept and even has a pleasant fragrance. I am thankful for Phillip our property manager. I know he works hard to maintain a level of excellence.

I lived at one of their apartments in Whittier for about 10 yrs. The facility was always kept clean, they respond to any repair within 24 hrs and get it handled right away. They are kind, fair and hard working to keep up the place up. They rock!

I have rent two different times and a two different locations here. This are very quite apartments and very clean, this are places where rules are a high priority for the management, you will enjoy your staying because loud noise is not tolerated, cleanliness inside and out are noticeable, and maintenance/service is quite fast.
Their price are very affordable and always have gotten my deposit back in a timely manner.
I highly recommended.
