E-bikes, road bikes, you name it – their selection is top-notch. Recently snagged a classic bike from them, and it's a beauty. Trust me, these guys know their stuff. I highly recommend this place! The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. They repaired my bike much faster than I anticipated. I'll definitely keep coming back! I purchased my bike here a year ago, and it's been fantastic—no issues whatsoever. It's truly an amazing bike.

This is such a cool store. When I was there they were running a seminar educating people about triathlons. It was the place to pick up your packet for the Hermosa Beach Triathlon. I can't wait to go back and spend some money with these folks. 💪👍👏

They fixed my Tandem Classic bike while I waited and now it rides perfectly. They will fix your bike while you wait. Plenty of parking and great Hermosa Beach location.

I had a great customer service experience recently. Here’s what happened:

In 2022 I bought a wetsuit from Triathlon Lab. I didn’t know it at the time but their employee fitted me incorrectly.

For a year I swam in a tighter wetsuit and it tore twice in the same spot.

This year, I finally went in to ask for help and the owner hears me out. Then he says, “Ya, looks like we fitted you too small. Let’s get you into the next size up.”

I tried the new suit on and it fit SO MUCH BETTER.

At the end, they just swapped the suits and I didn’t have to pay for anything. In other words, I got refitted and got to keep the new suit and they took the old one - no charge to me.

Today, it still fits excellently and I’m really grateful for the service and care that goes into their customers.

Amazing place - just got our first e-bike and they were super helpful! Serviced the bike and cleaned it, offered a lot of helpful tips and super satisfied with our purchase. My wife and I are sold for life, if you’re looking for bikes (or e-bikes in the South Bay) you can’t go wrong with Triathlon!

One stop shop for triathlon gears, anything to do with running, biking and swimming. The staff here is excellent, their experience and advice have helped me with making gear decisions. They service bikes too regardless of bike brands.

Had never tuned my bike so I was a little skeptical of doing one. Mark helped me out with the choosing of a proper tune up for my bike. Helped me out with every step of the way and explaining everything thoroughly for me to understand. I would recommend this place to everyone who cycles for the fact that even their mechanics know exactly what they are doing! This is now my go to place for my bicycle! Thanks for all the help!

I almost didn't come here because it seemed too serious for the basic bike accessories I wanted, but glad I did because actually they got it all and were very helpful.

Got the shop 5 minutes before 7pm on a Friday I wanted to replace the rear tire and buy wetsuit cause Saturday was the event. I normally have my size down. I was very conscientious about the time so I was willing to risk it and pay it with out trying in it..NERI insisted on me trying it and making sure it fitted. He was so concerned that it fitted right that we ended up leaving the shop around 8pm.. Now that's CUSTOMER SERVICE.. This guy's are the best..

The folks at Triathlon LAB are great to work with and very accommodating to my schedule. They helped get my biked shipped back to the Midwest in short order for a training camp, they built up my bike when I had it shipped out here after relocating from Chicago, and they are always super helpful when I drop in to buy random stuff. I'm happy to live so close to this place and look forward to a long relationship with them as long as I'm out here!

Fantastic bike shop right here in Hermosa taking great care of us. I took my 25 year old mountain bike to them for a tune up and was so grateful that they took expert care at an amazing price. They are my Only bike shop from here out.

I was riding bikes by the store Mon with my daughter who was having a hsrd time with her new bike's brakes. Decided to pop on in wondering if they could help her in anyway. They had just closed but a very nice man assured me he could help if I brought the bike back tomorrow. So that's what I did. In less than 2 hours her bike was completely adjusted and she is sooooo excited to ride it. I am so happy I went in there on a whim!!! Best shop ever!!!

I don't do triathlons but I ride my bike everywhere instead of using a car. These guys help me with every flat I get. They don't hesitate and take care of me quickly. They are priced very reasonable too. They even play with my 3 year old when he's in tow. My son loves this shop and so do I. Recommend full heartily.

Marc gave great insight and advice in choosing the right wetsuit. Was honest about price, experience, and fit without trying to upsell. Great place to go for advice about gear if you are just getting into Tri's (like me) and I suspect for seasoned veterans as well.
