I ordered flowers to be delivered today 2/14/24 at 2:35pm the guy on the phone was translating to another worker my order. He took my credit card info address to be delivered and stated they'll be delivered in about an hour. I said okay she leaves @ 4pm
Ithe delivery its 5 minutes from the flower shop..They never got delivered ruined my surprise..this place suscks. Never order from here. I'm reporting to the BBB

I placed an order online on Friday, with a note specifically stating that I'll be there the next day on Saturday at 930am to pick up the flowers since they open at 9am on Saturday. I received no reply, it's fine. I go there at 930am they're still closed, okay it can happen. I come back at 11am they're still closed, call them several times, no answer, no voicemail available. I went somewhere else to obtain my flowers on my way to an event.

I get a call at 1200pmish, and another at 1pm from them, stating the flowers are now ready at 1pm, but the lady who called me has to leave the shop at 130pm. I'm nowhere near them to pick them up now. I come home late at night at night to find the flowers delivered to me. I paid $80 plus to have mediocre flowers that I no longer need. Yes, I'm disputing the charges with the bank.

Ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother on her birthday she never received them. I have tried reaching out multiple times to the shop. No one answers and voicemail box is full .
