Good service! I love coming to see Dr Mark Hsiao he gave me both options and make my knee feel better already. He has a great staff Diana and Brand an and takes his time. Dr Mark Hsiao is one of the best surgeons and I high recommend him. The office is clean and efficient and X-ray is good. I go to their physical therapy department.

I like see Dr Tam who help my right hip fracture and surgery went good. Very detail and takes time. I also see Dr Mark Hsiao. I came recommended to see back problem he went over all the risks and postoperative expectations. Dr Hsiao did my lumbar microdisectomy all went very well. Thank you now I am happy and I recommend my friends. The office staff and front desk friendly and go out there way. I can't wait to start physical therapy

Recently, I fell and had an ankle injury, and I went to see DR. LE. Through his wonderful guidance and support, my ankle improved very quickly. Dr Le is truly an expert in his craft, he explained everything in detail and always made me feel very comfortable. I am always so glad to see Dr Le and I highly recommend him to my friends and family

Perfect! Dr Mark Hsiao did surgery for me and I had a great office and surgery went well. I fell and hurt my hip and he explained everything and took care of all conditions. Now I am back gardening and doing rehab. Thank you!!! Postoperative care went as expected and Dr Hsiao takes you through process. Dr Chen also help me with my thumb pain! Was referred by Dr Lam to see Dr Hsiao and had severe back pain for years. I came in and was seen right away and surprised. Very good service and helpful! I didn’t have an appointment and was able to see Doctor right away. Would highly recommend. Dr Hsiao took his time to explain my nerve pinching pathology and we went over all the options. My first visit was 1 month ago, and today was the follow up. They are very busy, but the time in the waiting room is no more than 15-20 minutes. My PA was Johnny Lim. He was professional, thorough and very personable. He addressed every aspect of my injury and took the time to listen carefully, and answer my questions. All in all, my injury was addressed and taken care of very efficiently.

I’ve been coming here for years! For my back problem I see Dr Hsiao he was very nice and took his time. I love his staff and I come here for all ortho needs! Dr Chang help me with my knees. I have stage 4 colon cancer and everytime I called , even to reschedule, the staff was polite, professional and, courteous. I was there for a C T scan for my colon, intestinal cancer. They were very gentle caring and helpful with making sure I was as comfortable as they could have me feel. If I need another CT scan in the future, I hope my oncologist refers me to this facility. It's very trying to take care of patients at their worst time of their lives and the staff there handles patients perfectly. Thank you again . George Chavez Lahabra ca. I fell and broke my right shoulder and Dr Chen is very helpful. I come to this office for all my ortho needs. I trust these Doctors. I see Dr Lee and Dr Hsiao as well. The office is efficient and staff helpful. My husband come here as well.

Dr Yang is great and he help me with my hip problem now I am back to recovery. Dr Hsiao help me with back problem and walked me through all the process. Dr Hsiao is very good and takes his time to explain my neck and back problem!

Excellent care. Over several years I have had to have physical therapy, once for a fractured wrist, a knee dislocation, an ankle injury and most recently a fractured knee cap.

Always the physical therapists have been very professional, caring, careful in treating my injury and patient. Always willing to explain the procedures to help me back to wellness. I would highly recommend having physical therapy at this facility.

Good I like coming to see Dr Mark Hsiao although parking is an issue I still like coming to see him and his staff. Thank you! Jesse front desk is very helpful and always go the distance

I had a broken finger and was referred to a doctor at Pacific Orthopaedic for treatment.

Dr. Chan is very helpful. He carefully evaluated my situation and, because my fingers were in a position that allowed natural healing, he gave me a choice whether I wanted to heal naturally or have surgery. I like natural health, and opted not for the surgery, and I am pleased with that choice.

Other doctors, at other facilities, only looked at the xray and did not examine my hands before demanding that I have surgery. But Dr. Chan gave me a choice, and I appreciate that.

I am able to work on increasing my typing accuracy and speed now and, as a former pianist, the functioning of my fingers and hands is more important to me than minor things about whether the front desk calls back for more pain meds.

So this was a good choice for me. If you are someone who wants a choice, and your fingers are very well exercised and in position to heal, the doctors at Pacific Orthopaedic may be a very good option to consider during those early stages when something needs to be done very quickly.

I HAVE WORKED WITH FIVE OF THE ORTHOPEDIC SURGEONS AT PACIFIC ORTHOPEDIC AND FOUR OF THEM WERE/ ARE FANTASTIC, HOWEVER THE DOCTOR WHO WORKED WITH MY NECK PROBLEMS AND I AM NOT NAMING HIS NAME WAS TERRIBLE THE FIVE STARS ARE FOR THE SUPPORTING STAFF AS WELL AS THE FOUR DOCTORS THAT REALLY CARES ABOUT THE PEOPLE
