I am staying In the housing for a summer program and the staff has been very helpful. These other reviews are a bit strange to me but I suppose we all have our own experiences. Some of the facilities could use a good deep cleaning but if you voice your concerns they do address them. I was staying in a room that had a bad odor and cigarette smell and so I informed the director of housing and she got me into a newer unit that was just wonderful and clean, for no extra charge. That says a lot as far as I’m concerned. She was also very quick with paper processing and very responsive to emails and phone calls. Also, it’s a very quiet and nice housing area. Very convenient.

To be honest! A few staffs are helpful. But the others are not very patient with the resident.

They force students in their 3rd and 4th years to vacate student housing and provide very little assistance except a referral list that is often outdated. The rental prices surrounding the campus are extremely high and students who are able to afford the prices typically do not attend CSULA. Many of the students are working to supplement financial aid (if any) and are left with very few housing options should they remain at CSULA to complete their education!

They are terrible at their jobs . They try and charge you for things that never happened, they are super slow at processing paper work and they try and get you in trouble for just being in your dorm

They are not helpful, they don’t assert any time of patience and they are outright just rude.
It’s their jobs to help us and I think they could care less about us.

the worst and laziest staff
